Claims (15)
- 重量基準で、
20.0%〜22.0%のクロム(Cr)、
18.0%〜20.0%のコバルト(Co)、
1.0%〜2.0%のタングステン(W)、
3.0%〜6.0%のニオブ(Nb)、
0.5%〜1.5%のチタン(Ti)、
2.0%〜3.0%のアルミニウム(Al)、
0.5%〜1.5%のモリブデン(Mo)、
0.03%〜0.18%の炭素(C)、
0.15%以下のタンタル(Ta)、
0.20%以下のハフニウム(Hf)、
0.20%以下の鉄(Fe)、
残部のニッケル(Ni)及び不可避不純物
からなる組成物を含む物品であって、Alの量が式Al≦−(0.5×Ti)+3.75に従って存在し、組成物が、溶接可能であり、35体積%〜45体積%のγ’を含むミクロ組織を有し、η相を含まず、高作動温度で低減したTCP相含有量を有する、物品。 - ミクロ組織が、高作動温度で低減したTCP相含有量を有する、請求項1に記載の物品。
- ミクロ組織がη相及びTCP相を含まない、請求項1に記載の物品。
- 組成物が一方向凝固されている、請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の物品。
- 組成物が、重量基準で、21.0%のクロム(Cr)、19.0%のコバルト(Co)、1.5%のタングステン(W)、4.7%のニオブ(Nb)、1.0%のチタン(Ti)、2.6%のアルミニウム(Al)、1.0%のモリブデン(Mo)、0.14%の炭素(C)、残部のニッケル(Ni)及び不可避不純物からなる、請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の物品。
- 物品が、ガスタービン又は航空機エンジンの高温ガス経路部品であり、高温ガス経路部品が、1500°F以上の温度の高温ガス経路ガスにさらされることが可能である、請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の物品。
- 物品が、ベーン、ノズル、シール、固定シュラウド、ダイヤフラム及び燃料ノズルからなる群から選択される、請求項6に記載の物品。
- 物品が、溶接フィラーロッドである、請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の物品。
- 物品を形成する方法であって、
重量基準で、
20.0%〜22.0%のクロム(Cr)、
18.0%〜20.0%のコバルト(Co)、
1.0%〜2.0%のタングステン(W)、
3.0%〜6.0%のニオブ(Nb)、
0.5%〜1.5%のチタン(Ti)、
2.0%〜3.0%のアルミニウム(Al)、
0.5%〜1.5%のモリブデン(Mo)、
0.03%〜0.18%の炭素(C)、
0.15%以下のタンタル(Ta)、
0.20%以下のハフニウム(Hf)、
0.20%以下の鉄(Fe)、
残部のニッケル(Ni)及び不可避不純物
からなる組成物であって、Alの量が式Al≦−(0.5×Ti)+3.75に従って存在する組成物を物品として形成する工程と
物品を熱処理して熱処理ミクロ組織を形成する工程と
を含んでおり、熱処理ミクロ組織が、溶接可能であり、35体積%〜45体積%のγ’を有し、η相を含まず、高作動温度で低減したTCP相含有量を有する、方法。 - 組成物を物品として形成する工程が、インゴット鋳造、インベストメント鋳造及びニアネットシェイプ鋳造のうちの1つを含む組成物を鋳造することを含む、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 鋳造が、組成物を一方向凝固させることを含む、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 組成物を物品として形成する工程が、粉末冶金固結、付加製造及び溶射からなる群から選択される材料加工を含む、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 材料加工が、付加製造であり、直接金属レーザー溶融(DMLM)、直接金属レーザー焼結(DMLS)、レーザー加工ネットシェイピング、選択的レーザー焼結(SLS)、選択的レーザー溶融(SLM)、電子ビーム溶融(EBM)、熱溶解積層法(FDM)、及びそれらの組合せから選択される、請求項12に記載の方法。
- ガスタービンの作動方法であって、
請求項1乃至請求項7のいずれか1項に記載の物品を用意する工程と、
物品を1500°F以上の温度で高温ガス経路流に露出させる工程であって、物品が露出の間、2000時間を超えても低いクリープ速度を有する工程と
を含む、方法。 - 物品が、400時間を超えても低いクリープ速度を有する、請求項14に記載の方法。
