Claims (2)
- ねじ軸に螺合するねじ孔を有する第1のナットと、前記ねじ軸に螺合するねじ孔を有する第2のナットを備え、
第1のナットは、第2のナットに向かって軸方向に突出する凸部を有し、該凸部は、所定のテーパー角を有するテーパー状外周面部分を含む外周面を有し、第1のナットの前記ねじ孔は前記凸部を軸方向に沿って貫通しており、
第2のナットは、前記凸部が嵌合する凹部を有し、該凹部は、所定のテーパー角を有するテーパー状内周面部分を含む内周面を有し、第2のナットの前記ねじ孔は前記凹部の底面に開口しており、
前記凸部のテーパー状外周面部分が第1のナットのねじ孔に対して偏心されているか、若しくは、前記凹部のテーパー状内周面部分が第2のナットのねじ孔に対して偏心されており、
前記凸部のテーパー状外周面部分が第1のナットのねじ孔に対して同心状であるか、若しくは、前記凹部のテーパー状内周面部分が第2のナットのねじ孔に対して同心状であり、
前記ねじ軸に螺合された第1ナットの前記凸部と前記ねじ軸に螺合された第2ナットの前記凹部とが偏心嵌合した状態で、第1及び第2のナットに前記偏心方向に沿う押圧力が生じるように周方向一部において前記テーパー状外周面と前記テーパー状内周面とが干渉するとともに、前記凸部の前記凹部に対する嵌合深さが大きい程前記押圧力が大きくなるように構成された緩み止め装置において、
第1のナットの前記凸部の外周面は、前記テーパー状外周面部分よりも前記凸部の先端側に設けられた先端外周面部分をさらに含み、
第2のナットの前記凹部の内周面は、前記テーパー状内周面部分よりも前記凹部の底部側に設けられた底部側内周面部分をさらに含み、
前記ねじ軸に螺合された第1ナットの前記凸部と前記ねじ軸に螺合された第2ナットの前記凹部とが偏心嵌合した状態で、前記凸部のテーパー状外周面部分が周方向一部において前記凹部のテーパー状内周面部分に干渉するが、前記凸部の先端外周面部分と前記凹部の底部側内周面部分との間に全周にわたって隙間が形成されるように、前記凸部の外周面及び前記凹部の内周面が構成されており、
前記凸部の外周面は、前記テーパー状外周面部分及び前記先端外周面部分を含む軸方向の領域全体に亘って所定のテーパー角を有するテーパー面であり、
前記凹部のテーパー状内周面部分は前記凸部の外周面と同じテーパー角を有し、前記凹部の底部側内周面部分は前記凸部の外周面よりも小さなテーパー角を有し、
前記凸部と前記凹部とが偏心嵌合した状態で、前記凹部のテーパー状内周面部分は周方向一部において前記凸部のテーパー状外周面部分に干渉し、前記凹部の底部側内周面部分は前記凹部の底部側に至るにしたがって前記凸部の先端外周面部分から徐々に径方向に離反するよう構成されている、
緩み止め装置。 - 請求項1に記載の緩み止め装置において、
前記凹部の底部側内周面部分は、テーパー角が0°の直円筒面である、緩み止め装置。
