Claims (3)
- 無人搬送車の上にマニピュレータを有した複数の自走ロボットを用いて複数の工作機械へ被加工物を搬送する工作機械システムにおいて、
前記工作機械毎に作業要求を送出する工作機械制御部と、
前記自走ロボットに備えられ、プログラムされた作業または教示された作業を記憶する作業記憶部と、
前記作業記憶部に記憶された作業にかかる所要時間を記憶し、前記所要時間及び前記工作機械制御部から送出された前記工作機械毎の作業要求に基づき、前記複数の自走ロボット毎に作業可能時刻を算出し、前記作業可能時刻をそれぞれ決める自走ロボット制御部と、
複数の前記自走ロボットが算出した作業可能時刻に基づいて前記自走ロボットがそれぞれ計画した前記自走ロボット毎の作業可能時刻を比較し、作業可能時刻が早い自走ロボットに要求作業を実行させる判定部と
を備える工作機械システム。 - 前記作業要求は、被加工物搬送作業要求と保守作業要求からなり、
被加工物搬送作業要求は、工作機械への被加工物の取付け作業と、工作機械からの被加工物の搬出作業のいずれかの要求であり、
保守作業要求は、工作機械からの切りくずの搬出作業、潤滑油脂を搬送して工作機械の動作部へ潤滑油脂を供給する作業、または工具を搬送して工作機械の工具収納装置へ工具を挿入する作業のいずれかの要求である請求項1に記載の工作機械システム。 - 前記自走ロボット制御部は、被加工物搬送作業、工具搬送作業、切りくずの搬出作業、潤滑油脂の搬送作業の各作業に予め振り付けた優先順位に基づいて作業可能時刻を算出する請求項2に記載の工作機械システム。
