Description
以下の手順で、溶融めっき鋼板と、その表面上に順に形成された化成処理層及びプライマー層からなる多層被膜とを有する評価用被覆金属鋼板を作製した。
(密着性)
評価用被覆金属鋼板の化成処理層及びプライマー層に、交差する2本の切り込みを形成した。切り込みは、溶融めっき鋼板に達する深さに形成された。その後、評価用被覆金属鋼板を塩水噴霧試験(SST)に144時間、放置した。その後、切り込みが形成されている部分に粘着テープを貼付してから、粘着テープを引き剥がした。このときの多層被膜の剥がれの有無を確認した。
実施例の評価用被覆鋼板に関して、耐食性を評価した。評価用被覆金属鋼板の化成処理層及びプライマー層に、溶融めっき鋼板に達する深さの切り込みを形成した。次いで、評価用被覆金属鋼板を、80℃の5質量%NaCl水溶液に168時間、浸漬した。その後、多層被膜が剥がれている部分の幅を測定した。
以下の手順で、めっき金属管と、その表面上に順に形成された化成処理層、プライマー層、及びトップ層からなる多層被膜とを有する評価用被覆金属管を作製した。
表2に示す成分を含む化成処理液を準備した。表において、「Y」は当該成分を化成処理液が含有することを示す。表において、有機チタンキレート化合物はチタンジイソプロポキシビス(トリエタノールアミネート)であり、ウレタン樹脂はスーパーフレックス650(商品名、第一工業製薬株式会社製)である。実施例5と比較例4は、同一の化成処理液である。
これら化成処理液に、Znめっき層を有するめっき金属管を浸漬した。化成処理液から取り出した金属管を100℃に設定した熱風乾燥炉中で1分間加熱することにより、めっき金属管に付着した化成処理液を乾燥して、化成処理層(付着量:200mg/m2)を形成させた。
(密着性・耐食性)
作製した評価用被覆金属管に関して、耐食性を評価した。評価用被覆金属管の多層被膜に、めっき金属管に達する深さの切り込みを形成した。次いで、評価用被覆金属管を、80℃の5質量%NaCl水溶液に168時間、浸漬した。その後、多層被膜の膨れの数、白錆の発生の状態を観察した。
以下の手順で、Zn溶融めっき鋼板と、その表面上に順に形成された化成処理層及びプライマー層からなる多層被膜とを有する評価用被覆金属鋼板を作製した。
各評価用被覆鋼板に関して、耐食性を評価した。評価用被覆金属鋼板の化成処理層及びプライマー層に、Zn溶融めっき鋼板に達する深さの切り込みを形成した。次いで、評価用被覆金属鋼板を、80℃の5質量%NaCl水溶液に168時間、浸漬した。その後、多層被膜の膨れの数、白錆の発生の状態を観察した。
Claims (12)
- 金属管と、該金属管の外周面を覆う多層被膜と、を備える被覆金属管であって、
前記多層被膜が、化成処理層及びプライマー層を有し、これらが内側からこの順で設けられており、
前記化成処理層が、酸化ジルコニウム及び/又は水酸化ジルコニウムを含み、
前記プライマー層が、ポリアミドイミドを含み、且つエポキシ樹脂を含まない、又は、前記プライマー層が、ポリアミドイミド及びエポキシ樹脂を含み、且つ前記エポキシ樹脂の割合が、前記プライマー層の質量を基準として50質量%以下である、車輌配管用被覆金属管。 - 前記化成処理層が、酸化ケイ素を更に含む、請求項1に記載の車輌配管用被覆金属管。
- 前記化成処理層が、酸化チタンを更に含む、請求項1又は2に記載の車輌配管用被覆金属管。
- 前記化成処理層が、ウレタン樹脂を更に含む、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の車輌配管用被覆金属管。
- 前記化成処理層が、酸化バナジウムを更に含む、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の車輌配管用被覆金属管。
- 前記プライマー層が、ポリアミド、フッ素樹脂及び酸化ケイ素から選ばれる少なくとも1種の添加成分を更に含む、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の車輌配管用被覆金属管。
- 金属管の外周面上に、該外周面を覆う多層被膜を形成する工程を備える、車輌配管用被覆金属管を製造する方法であって、
前記多層被膜を形成する前記工程が、
前記金属管の外周面を、ヘキサフルオロジルコニウム酸及び/又はその塩を含む化成処理液によって表面処理し、前記外周面上に化成処理層を形成することと、
前記化成処理層の外周面上にプライマー層を形成することと、を含み、
前記プライマー層が、ポリアミドイミドを含み、且つエポキシ樹脂を含まない、又は、前記プライマー層が、ポリアミドイミド及びエポキシ樹脂を含み、且つ前記エポキシ樹脂の割合が、前記プライマー層の質量を基準として50質量%以下である、方法。 - 前記化成処理液が、シランカップリング剤を更に含む、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記化成処理液が、有機チタンキレート化合物を更に含む、請求項7又は8に記載の方法。
- 前記化成処理液が、ウレタン樹脂を更に含む、請求項7〜9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記化成処理液が、バナジウム化合物を更に含む、請求項7〜10のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記プライマー層が、ポリアミド、フッ素樹脂及び酸化ケイ素から選ばれる少なくとも1種の添加成分を更に含む、請求項7〜11のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
