Description
登録車両ごとに、次回の走行開始予定時刻を取得又は予測する走行開始予定時刻取得/予測部と、
外部の電力系統における電力の需要と供給との関係を表す電力系統情報、又は、該関係に基づき生成される電力調整要求を取得する外部電力情報取得部と、
前記走行開始予定時刻と前記電力系統情報又は前記電力調整要求とに基づいて、少なくとも駐車状態にある登録車両のうちから、前記バッテリを充電又は放電させる対象車両を決定する対象車両決定部と、
前記対象車両に、前記対象車両の前記バッテリを充電又は放電させる充電指示又は放電指示を送信する指示送信部とを含み、前記複数の登録車両は、駐車開始の際に、駐車開始の際の前記バッテリのSOCが所定の第2のSOCよりも高い場合は、前記第2のSOCまで前記バッテリを放電させ、駐車開始の際の前記バッテリのSOCが前記第2のSOCよりも高くない場合は、前記第2のSOCよりも低い所定の第1のSOCまで前記バッテリを放電させるように構成され、前記充電指示は、前記第2のSOCまで充電させる指示であり、前記放電指示は、前記第1のSOCまで放電させる指示であり、前記対象車両決定部は、駐車状態にある1つ以上の登録車両のうちの、更に前記バッテリの現在のSOCが前記第1のSOC又は前記第2のSOCである登録車両のうちから、前記対象車両を決定する、充放電システム用サーバが提供される。
充放電可能なバッテリを搭載し、前記充放電システム用サーバに通信可能に接続される複数の登録車両とを含み、
前記複数の登録車両は、駐車開始の際に、2つ以上の異なる待機用SOCであって、駐車開始の際のSOC又は次回の走行開始予定時刻に応じて決まる待機用SOCまで、前記バッテリを放電させるように構成され、
前記充放電システム用サーバは、前記複数の登録車両の現在のSOCと、外部の電力系統における電力の需要と供給との関係、又は、該関係に基づき生成される電力調整要求とに基づいて、少なくとも駐車状態にある登録車両のうちから、前記バッテリを充電又は放電させる対象車両を決定するように構成される、充放電システムが提供される。
Ta=(走行開始予定時刻Ts−現在時刻)−充電必要時間Tch
対象車両決定部204は、充放電可能車両80ごとに、利用可能時間T_ctrと電力調整要求とに基づいて、制御可車両Vcのうちから、バッテリを充電又は放電させる対象車両を決定する。対象車両は、電力調整のために利用される車両である。
Ta=(走行開始予定時刻Ts−現在時刻)−充電必要時間Tch'
また、上述した実施例では、充放電可能車両80は、サーバ70からの走行開始用の充電開始指示を受けて走行用充電制御を開始しているが、自主的に走行用充電制御を開始してもよい。即ち、充放電可能車両80は、同様に、現在のSOCから所定の目標SOCまで充電するのに要する充電必要時間Tchを算出し、走行開始予定時刻Tsよりも、充電必要時間Tchだけ前の時刻(充電開始時刻Tsc)になったら、走行用充電制御を開始してもよい。

Claims (10)
- 充放電可能なバッテリを搭載する複数の登録車両に通信可能に接続される充放電システム用サーバであって、
登録車両ごとに、次回の走行開始予定時刻を取得又は予測する走行開始予定時刻取得/予測部と、
外部の電力系統における電力の需要と供給との関係を表す電力系統情報、又は、該関係に基づき生成される電力調整要求を取得する外部電力情報取得部と、
前記走行開始予定時刻と前記電力系統情報又は前記電力調整要求とに基づいて、少なくとも駐車状態にある登録車両のうちから、前記バッテリを充電又は放電させる対象車両を決定する対象車両決定部と、
前記対象車両に、前記対象車両の前記バッテリを充電又は放電させる充電指示又は放電指示を送信する指示送信部とを含み、
前記複数の登録車両は、駐車開始の際に、駐車開始の際の前記バッテリのSOCが所定の第2のSOCよりも高い場合は、前記第2のSOCまで前記バッテリを放電させ、駐車開始の際の前記バッテリのSOCが前記第2のSOCよりも高くない場合は、前記第2のSOCよりも低い所定の第1のSOCまで前記バッテリを放電させるように構成され、
前記充電指示は、前記第2のSOCまで充電させる指示であり、前記放電指示は、前記第1のSOCまで放電させる指示であり、
前記対象車両決定部は、駐車状態にある1つ以上の登録車両のうちの、更に前記バッテリの現在のSOCが前記第1のSOC又は前記第2のSOCである登録車両のうちから、前記対象車両を決定する、充放電システム用サーバ。 - 登録車両ごとに、前記走行開始予定時刻に応じて決まる充電開始時刻と、現在時刻とに基づいて、現在時刻から前記充電開始時刻までに残された利用可能時間を算出する利用可能時間算出部を更に備え、
前記対象車両決定部は、前記利用可能時間と前記電力系統情報又は前記電力調整要求とに基づいて、前記対象車両を決定する、請求項1に記載の充放電システム用サーバ。 - 前記対象車両決定部は、前記利用可能時間が所定時間以上である登録車両を、前記対象車両として決定する、請求項2に記載の充放電システム用サーバ。
- 前記対象車両決定部は、前記利用可能時間が短い順に所定数の登録車両を、前記対象車両として決定する、請求項3に記載の充放電システム用サーバ。
- 前記対象車両決定部は、前記電力系統情報又は前記電力調整要求に基づいて、前記所定数を決定する、請求項4に記載の充放電システム用サーバ。
- 前記対象車両決定部は、前記電力系統情報又は前記電力調整要求に基づいて、需要の方が供給よりも大きい場合は、前記バッテリを放電させる前記対象車両を決定し、供給の方が需要よりも大きい場合は、前記バッテリを充電させる前記対象車両を決定し、
前記指示送信部は、前記バッテリを放電させる前記対象車両に前記放電指示を送信し、前記バッテリを充電させる前記対象車両に前記充電指示を送信する、請求項1〜5のうちのいずれか1項に記載の充放電システム用サーバ。 - 前記外部電力情報取得部は、前記電力系統情報又は前記電力調整要求を、前記外部の電力系統に係る事業者又は電力取引の仲介事業者から、取得する、請求項1〜6のうちのいずれか1項に記載の充放電システム用サーバ。
- 充放電システム用サーバと、
充放電可能なバッテリを搭載し、前記充放電システム用サーバに通信可能に接続される複数の登録車両とを含み、
前記充放電システム用サーバは、
登録車両ごとに、次回の走行開始予定時刻を取得又は予測する走行開始予定時刻取得/予測部と、
外部の電力系統における電力の需要と供給との関係を表す電力系統情報、又は、該関係に基づき生成される電力調整要求を取得する外部電力情報取得部と、
前記走行開始予定時刻と前記電力系統情報又は前記電力調整要求とに基づいて、少なくとも駐車状態にある登録車両のうちから、前記バッテリを充電又は放電させる対象車両を決定する対象車両決定部と、
前記対象車両に、前記対象車両の前記バッテリを充電又は放電させる充電指示又は放電指示を送信する指示送信部とを含み、
前記複数の登録車両は、駐車開始の際に、駐車開始の際の前記バッテリのSOCが所定の第2のSOCよりも高い場合は、前記第2のSOCまで前記バッテリを放電させ、駐車開始の際の前記バッテリのSOCが前記第2のSOCよりも高くない場合は、前記第2のSOCよりも低い所定の第1のSOCまで前記バッテリを放電させるように構成され、
前記充電指示は、前記第2のSOCまで充電させる指示であり、前記放電指示は、前記第1のSOCまで放電させる指示であり、
前記対象車両決定部は、駐車状態にある1つ以上の登録車両のうちの、更に前記バッテリの現在のSOCが前記第1のSOC又は前記第2のSOCである登録車両のうちから、前記対象車両を決定する、充放電システム。 - 前記登録車両は、
駐車を開始した際に、次回の走行開始予定時刻を表す情報を、前記充放電システム用サーバに送信する送信部と、
前記充放電システム用サーバからの前記充電指示又は前記放電指示に応答して、前記バッテリを充電又は放電させる充放電制御部と含む、請求項8に記載の充放電システム。 - 充放電システム用サーバと、
充放電可能なバッテリを搭載し、前記充放電システム用サーバに通信可能に接続される複数の登録車両とを含み、
前記複数の登録車両は、駐車開始の際に、2つ以上の異なる待機用SOCであって、駐車開始の際の前記バッテリのSOC又は次回の走行開始予定時刻に応じて決まる待機用SOCまで、前記バッテリを放電させるように構成され、
前記充放電システム用サーバは、前記複数の登録車両の前記バッテリの現在のSOCと、外部の電力系統における電力の需要と供給との関係、又は、該関係に基づき生成される電力調整要求とに基づいて、少なくとも駐車状態にある登録車両のうちから、前記バッテリを充電又は放電させる対象車両を決定するように構成される、充放電システム。
