バッテリを備える車両を電気接続可能に構成された施設内の電力を管理する電力管理装置であって、
前記バッテリに対する充放電を指示する指示手段と、
前記充放電を行う際の前記バッテリの充電率の目標範囲を設定する設定手段と、
前記充放電を行う際の前記バッテリの充電率を記憶する記憶手段と、を備え、
前記指示手段は、前記記憶手段により記憶されている充電率が前記目標範囲の下限値以下の場合には前記バッテリからの放電開始の指示を抑制し、該充電率が前記目標範囲の上限値以上の場合には前記バッテリへの充電開始の指示を抑制し、
前記記憶手段は、前記施設内の電力の需給バランスの変化に伴って前記指示手段が前記充放電の停止を指示する際、該指示により停止されるべき充放電の開始の際の前記バッテリの充電率を記憶する

第1の態様は電力管理装置(例えば15)に係り、前記電力管理装置は、バッテリ(例えば21)を備える車両(例えば2)を電気接続可能に構成された施設(例えば1)内の電力を管理する電力管理装置であって、前記バッテリに対する充放電を指示する指示手段(例えばS1320、S1520)と、前記充放電を行う際の前記バッテリの充電率の目標範囲(例えばR0)を設定する設定手段(例えばS1100)と、前記充放電を行う際の前記バッテリの充電率を記憶する記憶手段(例えばS1100、S1360、S1560)と、を備え、前記指示手段は、前記記憶手段により記憶されている充電率が前記目標範囲の下限値(例えばV1)以下の場合には前記バッテリからの放電開始の指示を抑制し、該充電率が前記目標範囲の上限値(例えばV2)以上の場合には前記バッテリへの充電開始の指示を抑制する(例えばS1310、S1510)

ことを特徴とする。第8の態様によっても上述の無用な充放電の実行を抑制可能となる。
ことを特徴とする。第9の態様によれば、施設内の電力の需給バランスに基づいてバッテリを活用可能となる。

Claims (10)
- バッテリを備える車両を電気接続可能に構成された施設内の電力を管理する電力管理装置であって、
前記バッテリに対する充放電を指示する指示手段と、
前記充放電を行う際の前記バッテリの充電率の目標範囲を設定する設定手段と、
前記充放電を行う際の前記バッテリの充電率を記憶する記憶手段と、を備え、
前記指示手段は、前記記憶手段により記憶されている充電率が前記目標範囲の下限値以下の場合には前記バッテリからの放電開始の指示を抑制し、該充電率が前記目標範囲の上限値以上の場合には前記バッテリへの充電開始の指示を抑制し、
前記記憶手段は、前記施設内の電力の需給バランスの変化に伴って前記指示手段が前記充放電の停止を指示する際、該指示により停止されるべき充放電の開始の際の前記バッテリの充電率を記憶する
ことを特徴とする電力管理装置。 - 前記指示手段は、前記記憶手段により記憶されている充電率が前記目標範囲内の場合には前記バッテリの充電率を前記目標範囲内に維持しながら前記充放電を継続させ、前記バッテリの充電率が前記目標範囲外となる場合に前記充放電の停止を指示する
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の電力管理装置。 - 前記車両は、
前記施設から前記バッテリへの充電および前記バッテリから前記施設への放電を実行可能に構成された充放電器と、
前記充放電器を駆動制御する制御部と、
を備えており、
前記指示手段は、前記充放電を指示するのに際して前記制御部を稼働させ、前記放電開始の指示または前記充電開始の指示を抑制する場合には前記制御部を稼働させない
ことを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2記載の電力管理装置。 - 前記車両は、前記バッテリからの電力を受けて貯留するサブバッテリを更に備え、
前記制御部は、前記サブバッテリの電力に基づいて前記充放電器を駆動制御する
ことを特徴とする請求項3記載の電力管理装置。 - 前記サブバッテリは、前記充放電器が前記バッテリの充電を実行している間に該バッテリからの電力により充電される
ことを特徴とする請求項4記載の電力管理装置。 - 前記サブバッテリは、前記車両の走行中に前記バッテリからの電力により充電される
ことを特徴とする請求項4または請求項5記載の電力管理装置。 - 前記車両が前記施設に電気接続された際、前記バッテリの充電率を示す情報を前記車両から受け取る受信手段を更に備える
ことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項6の何れか1項記載の電力管理装置。 - 前記指示手段により前記充放電を指示した後、該充放電を開始する際の前記バッテリの充電率を示す情報を受け取る受信手段を更に備える
ことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項7の何れか1項記載の電力管理装置。 - 前記施設は、電力系統から電力を受取り可能に構成されると共に、前記電力系統からの電力とは異なる他の電力を発生可能な発電装置を備えており、
前記指示手段は、前記施設内の電力の需要と前記発電装置からの電力の供給との需給バランスに基づいて前記充放電を指示する
ことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項8の何れか1項記載の電力管理装置。 - 前記充放電が開始されてから所定時間が経過した際、前記記憶手段は、その時の前記バッテリの充電率を記憶し、その後、前記指示手段は該充放電を継続させる
ことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項9の何れか1項記載の電力管理装置。
