Description
車両に搭載され、作動流体が循環し、その作動流体の液相と気相との相変化によって対象機器の温度を調整する機器温調装置であって、
対象機器から作動流体に吸熱させることによりその作動流体を蒸発させる吸熱部と、
その吸熱部よりも上方に配置され、作動流体から放熱させることによりその作動流体を凝縮させる放熱部と、
その放熱部から吸熱部へ作動流体を流す往路流通路が形成された往路部と、
吸熱部から放熱部へ作動流体を流す復路流通路が形成された復路部とを備え、
放熱部は、温度調整された空気を車室内へ吹き出す空調ユニットが行う車室内空調の際に内気が流通する内気流通経路に配置される。
図1に示す本実施形態の機器温調装置10は、図2に示すように電気自動車やハイブリッド車などの電動車両90に搭載される。そして、本実施形態では、機器温調装置10は、その電動車両90に搭載される二次電池12(以下、単に「電池12」とも呼ぶ)を冷却する冷却装置として機能する。すなわち、機器温調装置10が冷却する対象機器はその電池12である。
次に、第2実施形態について説明する。本実施形態では、前述の第1実施形態と異なる点を主として説明する。また、前述の実施形態と同一または均等な部分については省略または簡略化して説明する。このことは後述の第3実施形態でも同様である。
次に、第3実施形態について説明する。本実施形態では、前述の第1実施形態と異なる点を主として説明する。
(1)上述の各実施形態では図1に示すように、機器温調装置10が冷却する対象機器は二次電池12であるが、その対象機器に限定はない。例えば、その対象機器は、モータ、インバータ、充電器など二次電池12以外の電子機器であってもよいし、単なる発熱体であってもよい。また、その対象機器は車載機器に限らず、基地局など定置で冷却が必要な機器であってもよい。
上記各実施形態の一部または全部で示された第1の観点によれば、放熱部は、温度調整された空気を車室内へ吹き出す空調ユニットが行う車室内空調の際に内気が流通する内気流通経路に配置される。
Claims (4)
- 車両(90)に搭載され、作動流体が循環し、該作動流体の液相と気相との相変化によって対象機器(12)の温度を調整する機器温調装置であって、
前記対象機器から前記作動流体に吸熱させることにより該作動流体を蒸発させる吸熱部(14)と、
該吸熱部よりも上方に配置され、前記作動流体から放熱させることにより該作動流体を凝縮させる放熱部(16)と、
該放熱部から前記吸熱部へ前記作動流体を流す往路流通路(18a)が形成された往路部(18)と、
前記吸熱部から前記放熱部へ前記作動流体を流す復路流通路(20a)が形成された復路部(20)と、
制御部(64)とを備え、
前記放熱部は、温度調整された空気を車室内へ吹き出す空調ユニット(40)が行う車室内空調の際に内気が流通する内気流通経路(42)に配置され、
前記空調ユニットは、該空調ユニット内から車室内へ空気を流す送風機(48)を有し、
前記対象機器は電池であり、
前記制御部は、前記車両の運転終了後において前記電池の温度が前記内気の温度よりも高い場合には、前記送風機を作動させ、該送風機の作動によって前記内気流通経路に前記内気を流通させる機器温調装置。 - 車両(90)に搭載され、作動流体が循環し、該作動流体の液相と気相との相変化によって対象機器(12)の温度を調整する機器温調装置であって、
前記対象機器から前記作動流体に吸熱させることにより該作動流体を蒸発させる吸熱部(14)と、
該吸熱部よりも上方に配置され、前記作動流体から放熱させることにより該作動流体を凝縮させる放熱部(16)と、
該放熱部から前記吸熱部へ前記作動流体を流す往路流通路(18a)が形成された往路部(18)と、
前記吸熱部から前記放熱部へ前記作動流体を流す復路流通路(20a)が形成された復路部(20)と、
制御部(64)とを備え、
前記放熱部は、温度調整された空気を車室内へ吹き出す空調ユニット(40)が行う車室内空調の際に内気が流通する内気流通経路(42)に配置され、
前記空調ユニットは、該空調ユニット内へ前記内気が導入される内気モードに切替え可能となっており、且つ、該空調ユニット内から車室内へ空気を流す送風機(48)を有し、
前記対象機器は電池であり、
前記制御部は、前記車両の運転終了後において前記電池の温度が前記内気の温度よりも高い場合には、前記空調ユニットを前記内気モードに切り替えると共に、前記送風機を作動させる機器温調装置。 - 前記空調ユニットは、該空調ユニットに形成された内気導入口(44a)から前記内気を吸い込むものであり、
前記内気導入口は前記内気流通経路に含まれ、
前記放熱部は前記内気導入口に配置される請求項1または2に記載の機器温調装置。 - 前記空調ユニットは、外気が流れる外気通路(44e)と前記内気が流れる内気通路(44d)とが互いに並列に形成された内外気二層構造を有し、
前記内気通路は前記内気流通経路に含まれ、
前記放熱部は前記内気通路に配置される請求項1または2に記載の機器温調装置。
