Claims (7)
- シャフトの軸線を回転軸として一体的に回転可能に設けられたロータを有し、前記ロータに可動鉄心が設けられた可変界磁回転電機において、
前記可動鉄心を前記回転軸の軸方向に沿って変位させる変位機構を有し、
前記変位機構は、
前記ロータの回転速度に対応して作動油が貯留されるシリンダ室と、
前記可動鉄心の軸方向に沿った一端部に連結され、前記シリンダ室に沿って変位可能に設けられたピストン部材と、
前記ピストン部材に設けられたシール部材と、
前記ピストン部材、前記シリンダ室、及び、前記シール部材によって構成されるシリンダ部と、
を備え、
前記シリンダ室に供給された作動油は、前記可動鉄心の外周面と前記シリンダ室の外径側の内壁との間にのみ貯留されており、
前記シリンダ室内に貯留された作動油に対して遠心力が付与されて加圧され、前記作動油に対する加圧作用によって前記ピストン部材が前記回転軸の軸方向に変位することにより、前記ピストン部材に付随して前記可動鉄心を前記回転軸の軸方向に変位せしめることを特徴とする可変界磁回転電機。 - 請求項1記載の可変界磁回転電機において、
前記可変界磁回転電機は、ステータコアと、コイルエンドとを備え、
前記シリンダ部は、前記コイルエンドの内径側に配置されていることを特徴とする可変界磁回転電機。 - 請求項1又は請求項2記載の可変界磁回転電機において、
前記ピストン部材が前記回転軸の軸方向に沿って一側へ変位した後、前記一側と反対方向の他側へ前記ピストン部材を押し戻す付勢手段を備えることを特徴とする可変界磁回転電機。 - 請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか1項記載の可変界磁回転電機において、
前記シリンダ室から前記シリンダ室の外部に向けて作動油を排出する作動油排出手段が設けられていることを特徴とする可変界磁回転電機。 - 請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれか1項記載の可変界磁回転電機において、
前記シール部材は、前記ピストン部材の外径側に配置され、前記ロータの外周部に沿って略平行に配置されていると共に、環状に連続して形成されていることを特徴とする可変界磁回転電機。 - 請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれか1項記載の可変界磁回転電機において、
前記シール部材は、前記ピストン部材の外径側に配置された第1ピストンパッキンと、前記ピストン部材の内径側に配置された第2ピストンパッキンとを有し、
前記第1ピストンパッキン及び前記第2ピストンパッキンは、それぞれ前記ロータの外周部に沿って略平行に配置されていると共に、環状に連続して形成されていることを特徴とする可変界磁回転電機。 - 請求項1乃至請求項6のいずれか1項記載の可変界磁回転電機を備えることを特徴とする車両。
