Claims (7)
- ホーニング加工工具によって円筒状のボアを円錐化する方法において、前記ホーニング加工工具はホーニング砥石(13)を含んでおり、その長さ(LH1)は加工されるべきボアの長さ(LB)の1/3よりも短く、次の各工程、
前記ホーニング加工工具の前記ホーニング砥石(13)をボアに当接すること、
ボアをその全体の長さ(LB)にわたって最大のストローク(HMax=OP1−UP)でホーニング加工すること、及び
上側の方向転換点(OP)が所定の最終値(OP2)に達するか、または縮小していくストローク(H)のストローク回数が所定値に達するまで、前記ホーニング加工工具の下側の方向転換点(UP)を変化させずに保持しつつ、縮小していくストローク(H)でボアをホーニング加工すること、を含み、
前記最大のストローク(H Max =OP1−UP)は、最小のストローク(H Min =OP2−UP)の長さの3倍よりも長い
方法。 - 前記ホーニング加工工具が下側の方向転換点(UP)の近傍にあるときにのみ、前記ホーニング加工工具のボアに向かう方向の送りが行われることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ホーニング加工工具が所定の最終値(OP2)と下側の方向転換点(UP)との間にあるときにのみ、前記ホーニング加工工具のボアに向かう方向の送りが行われることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 縮小していくストロークとともにホーニングスピンドルの回転数が引き上げられることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- ホーニング砥石(13)がボアに対して押圧される送り力がボアの中でのホーニング加工工具の位置に依存して制御されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 縮小していくストローク(H)でボアをホーニング加工した後、円錐化されたボアにばね部材を介して当接されるホーニング砥石(13)でホーニングするステップを備える請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも2つのホーニング加工工具によって円筒状のボアを成形加工するためのプロセスチェーンにおいて、次の各工程、
ボアを予備ホーニング加工すること、
請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の方法に基づいてボアを円錐化すること、
ボアを仕上ホーニング加工すること、及び
ボアを平滑化すること、を含む方法。
