Description
図1および図2に、本発明の第1実施形態に係る遊星歯車装置への給油構造1Aを示す。この給油構造1Aは、遊星歯車装置2と、この遊星歯車装置2の回転部と嵌合する環状体5を含む。なお、図1は遊星歯車装置2の概略構成図であり、遊星歯車装置2の後述するギヤ21〜23およびバッフル33以外の構成は省略されている。
次に、図5を参照して、本発明の第2実施形態に係る遊星歯車装置への給油構造1Bを説明する。なお、本実施形態および後述する第3実施形態において、第1実施形態と同一構成要素には同一符号を付し、重複した説明は省略する。
次に、図6を参照して、本発明の第3実施形態に係る遊星歯車装置への給油構造1Cを説明する。本実施形態では、隙間シールである一対の減圧機構6が一対のシールリング7の外側に配置されている。本実施形態でも、シールリング7の前後での潤滑油の差圧が減圧機構6の作用(本実施形態では、減圧機構6がシールリング7の下流側の圧力を高く保つ)によって十分に小さくされるため、第1実施形態と同様の効果を得ることができる。
本発明は上述した第1〜第3実施形態に限定されるものではなく、本発明の要旨を逸脱しない範囲で種々の変形が可能である。

Claims (5)
- プラネタリギヤを保持するキャリアと共に回転する筒状体であって、潤滑油導入口が形成された筒状体を含む遊星歯車装置と、
前記筒状体と摺動する環状体であって、前記潤滑油導入口と連通する潤滑油供給路を含む環状体と、
軸方向において前記潤滑油導入口の両側で前記筒状体または前記環状体に装着された一対のシールリングと、
前記一対のシールリングのそれぞれをバイパスするバイパス路と、
前記一対のシールリングと前記潤滑油導入口との間または前記一対のシールリングの外側に配置された、前記筒状体と前記環状体の間の潤滑油の流れを制限する一対の減圧機構と、を備える、
遊星歯車装置への給油構造。 - 前記一対の減圧機構のそれぞれは、隙間シールまたはラビリンスシールである、請求項1に記載の遊星歯車装置への給油構造。
- 前記一対の減圧機構のそれぞれは、前記筒状体または前記環状体に装着された第2のシールリングと、前記第2のシールリングをバイパスするバイパス路を含む、請求項1に記載の遊星歯車装置への給油構造。
- 前記一対の減圧機構のそれぞれは、前記潤滑油の圧力を1/2以下に低減する、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の遊星歯車装置への給油構造。
- 前記筒状体は、前記キャリアの径方向内側端に設けられており、
前記潤滑油導入口は、前記筒状体の外周面に形成されている、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の遊星歯車装置への給油構造。
