前記冷却流路または該冷却流路を形成する外壁から前記第2インバータまで延在する伝熱部と、
前記ケーシング内を、少なくとも前記バッテリが配される第1層と、少なくとも前記第2インバータが配される第2層とに区切るミッドフレームと、
を備え、
前記伝熱部は、前記ミッドフレームよりも熱伝導率の高い素材で、該ミッドフレームと別体に形成されることを特徴とする電装ユニット。 - 前記伝熱部には、前記冷却流路側の一端と、前記第2インバータ側の他端との間に、前記ミッドフレームから離隔する離隔部が形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電装ユニット。

前記冷却流路または該冷却流路を形成する外壁から前記第2インバータまで延在する伝熱部と、
前記ケーシング内を、少なくとも前記バッテリが配される第1層と、少なくとも前記第2インバータが配される第2層とに区切るミッドフレームと、
を備え、
前記第1層と前記第2層は、鉛直方向に積層されており、前記バッテリのいずれの部位も、前記伝熱部の直下から水平方向に離隔して配置されることを特徴とする電装ユニット。 - バッテリが収容されたケーシングと、
前記ケーシング内に形成され、前記バッテリまたは第1インバータに隣接し、冷却媒体が流通する冷却流路と、
前記ケーシング内に、前記冷却流路から離隔して配された第2インバータと、
前記第1インバータと共に前記冷却流路に隣接して、該第1インバータに並設されたコンバータと、
前記冷却流路のうち、前記第1インバータと前記コンバータとの間から前記第2インバータまで延在する伝熱部と、
前記第1インバータに設けられ、該第1インバータの本体部から前記冷却流路内に突出する第1フィンと、
前記コンバータに設けられ、該コンバータの本体部から前記冷却流路内に突出する第2フィンと、
を備え、
前記第1フィンと前記第2フィンとの間の隙間は、前記第1インバータの本体部と前記コンバータの本体部との間の隙間よりも大きいことを特徴とする電装ユニット。 - 前記ケーシング内を、少なくとも前記バッテリが配される第1層と、少なくとも前記第2インバータが配される第2層とに区切るミッドフレームをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の電装ユニット。
- 前記伝熱部は、前記ミッドフレームの一部であることを特徴とする請求項3または5に記載の電装ユニット。
