Claims (6)
- 第1バッテリケース(31)の上側に第2バッテリケース(32)を重ね合わせたバッテリパック(17)を備え、前記第1バッテリケース(31)の下面に冷媒が流れる第1冷媒ジャケット(36A,36B)を形成し、前記第2バッテリケース(32)の下面に冷媒が流れる第2冷媒ジャケット(47)を形成したバッテリパックの冷却構造であって、
前記第1バッテリケース(31)のケース底壁(33b,33c)は、前後方向に延びる縦通部材(19)を収容する凹部(33a)により左ケース底壁(33b)および右ケース底壁(33c)に分割されており、前記第1冷媒ジャケット(36A,36B)は、前記左ケース底壁(33b)の下面とそこに結合した左蓋部材(35A)との間に形成された左第1冷媒ジャケット(36A)と、前記右ケース底壁(33c)の下面とそこに結合した右蓋部材(35B)との間に形成した右第1冷媒ジャケット(36B)とからなり、前記左第1冷媒ジャケット(36A)の左端と前記第2冷媒ジャケット(47)の左端とは左冷媒通路(33e)で連通し、前記右第1冷媒ジャケット(36B)の右端と前記第2冷媒ジャケット(47)の右端とは右冷媒通路(33g)で連通することを特徴とするバッテリパックの冷却構造。
- 前記左第1冷媒ジャケット(36A)および前記右第1冷媒ジャケット(36B)の一方に形成される冷媒供給口(36a)と、前記左第1冷媒ジャケット(36A)および前記右第1冷媒ジャケット(36B)の他方に形成される冷媒排出口(36b)とは、共に前記第1バッテリケース(31)の前面側あるいは後面側に設けられることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバッテリパックの冷却構造。
- 前記冷媒供給口(36a)および前記冷媒排出口(36b)は、前記左第1冷媒ジャケット(36A)および前記右第1冷媒ジャケット(36B)の車幅方向内端に形成されることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のバッテリパックの冷却構造。
- 前記第2冷媒ジャケット(47)は、前記第1バッテリケース(31)のケース上壁(34a)と前記第2バッテリケース(32)のケース下壁(42a)との間に形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜請求項3の何れか1項に記載のバッテリパックの冷却構造。
- 前記第2バッテリケース(32)の上側に重ね合わされる1個あるいは複数個の第3バッテリケース(51)を備え、前記第3バッテリケース(51)の下面には第3冷媒ジャケット(54)が形成され、前記第3冷媒ジャケット(54)は前記第2冷媒ジャケット(47)に並列に接続されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜請求項4の何れか1項に記載のバッテリパックの冷却構造。
- 前記第2バッテリケース(32)に収納されるバッテリモジュール(45)はバッテリセル(44)が車幅方向に積層され、かつ前記第2バッテリケース(32)の前記第2冷媒ジャケット(47)は車幅方向に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜請求項5の何れか1項に記載のバッテリパックの冷却構造。
