Claims (3)
- 直流電力を交流電力に変換して、鉄道車両の電気機器に供給するインバータと、
直流電力を蓄積可能なバッテリと、
前記インバータの出力と前記バッテリとの間に設けられ、前記インバータから出力される前記交流電力を直流電力に変換して前記バッテリを充電するコンバータと、
アノードが外部電源側に接続され、カソードが前記インバータの入力に接続された第1ダイオードと、
アノードが前記バッテリに接続され、カソードが前記インバータの入力に接続された第2ダイオードと、を備え、
前記外部電源の電圧が前記バッテリの電圧より低くなったときに、前記バッテリは、前記第2ダイオードを介して前記インバータの入力へ給電を行い、
前記バッテリは、前記インバータの出力から前記コンバータを介して前記外部電源の電圧変動範囲の下限値以下の電圧になるように充電される、電力変換装置。 - 直流電力を交流電力に変換して、鉄道車両を駆動するモータに供給する第1インバータを有する車両制御装置と、
直流電力を交流電力に変換して、前記鉄道車両の電気機器に供給する第2インバータ、直流電力を蓄積可能なバッテリ、前記第2インバータの出力と前記バッテリとの間に設けられ、前記第2インバータから出力される交流電力を直流電力に変換して前記バッテリを充電するコンバータ、アノードが外部電源側に接続され、カソードが前記第2インバータの入力に接続された第1ダイオードと、および、アノードが前記バッテリに接続され、カソードが前記第2インバータの入力に接続された第2ダイオードを有する電力変換装置と、を備え、
前記外部電源の電圧が前記バッテリの電圧より低くなったときに、前記バッテリは、前記第2ダイオードを介して前記第2インバータの入力へ給電を行い、
前記バッテリは、前記第2インバータの出力から前記コンバータを介して前記外部電源の電圧変動範囲の下限値以下の電圧になるように充電される、非常用走行システム。 - 請求項2に記載の非常用走行システムと、
前記第1インバータから交流電力が供給されるモータと、
前記第2インバータから交流電力が供給される電気機器と、
を備える鉄道車両。
