Description
エンジンと、第1モータと、前記エンジンの出力軸と前記第1モータの回転軸と車軸に連結された駆動軸との3軸に3つの回転要素が接続された遊星歯車機構と、前記駆動軸に動力を入出力可能な第2モータと、前記第1モータおよび前記第2モータと電力のやりとりが可能なバッテリと、運転者のアクセル操作量と車速とに基づいて前記駆動軸に出力すべき要求駆動力を設定すると共に前記要求駆動力に基づく駆動力によって走行するよう前記エンジンと前記第1モータと前記第2モータとを制御する制御装置と、を備えるハイブリッド自動車であって、
前記アクセル操作量が所定操作量以上になるとオンすると共に前記アクセル操作量が前記所定操作量未満になるとオフするキックダウンスイッチを備え、
前記制御装置は、
前記キックダウンスイッチがオフのときには、前記車速と変速段とに基づいて前記エンジンの目標回転数を設定し、前記目標回転数で前記エンジンを運転したときに前記エンジンから出力される上限パワーが前記駆動軸に出力されるときの駆動力としての上限駆動力と、前記要求駆動力と、のうち小さい方の駆動力が前記駆動軸に出力されると共に前記目標回転数で前記エンジンが回転するよう前記エンジンと前記第1モータと前記第2モータとを制御し、
前記キックダウンスイッチがオンのときには、前記車速と前記変速段とに基づいて前記キックダウンスイッチがオフのときに比して大きくなるように前記目標回転数を設定し、前記要求駆動力が前記駆動軸に出力されるまたは前記上限駆動力と前記要求駆動力とのうち小さい方の駆動力が前記駆動軸に出力されると共に前記目標回転数で前記エンジンが回転するよう前記エンジンと前記第1モータと前記第2モータとを制御する、
ことを要旨とする。

- エンジンと、第1モータと、前記エンジンの出力軸と前記第1モータの回転軸と車軸に連結された駆動軸との3軸に3つの回転要素が接続された遊星歯車機構と、前記駆動軸に動力を入出力可能な第2モータと、前記第1モータおよび前記第2モータと電力のやりとりが可能なバッテリと、運転者のアクセル操作量と車速とに基づいて前記駆動軸に出力すべき要求駆動力を設定すると共に前記要求駆動力に基づく駆動力によって走行するよう前記エンジンと前記第1モータと前記第2モータとを制御する制御装置と、を備えるハイブリッド自動車であって、
前記アクセル操作量が所定操作量以上になるとオンすると共に前記アクセル操作量が前記所定操作量未満になるとオフするキックダウンスイッチを備え、
前記制御装置は、
前記キックダウンスイッチがオフのときには、前記車速と変速段とに基づいて前記エンジンの目標回転数を設定し、前記目標回転数で前記エンジンを運転したときに前記エンジンから出力される上限パワーが前記駆動軸に出力されるときの駆動力としての上限駆動力と、前記要求駆動力と、のうち小さい方の駆動力が前記駆動軸に出力されると共に前記目標回転数で前記エンジンが回転するよう前記エンジンと前記第1モータと前記第2モータとを制御し、
前記キックダウンスイッチがオンのときには、前記車速と前記変速段とに基づいて前記キックダウンスイッチがオフのときに比して大きくなるように前記目標回転数を設定し、前記要求駆動力が前記駆動軸に出力されると共に前記目標回転数で前記エンジンが回転するよう前記エンジンと前記第1モータと前記第2モータとを制御する、
ハイブリッド自動車。 - 請求項1記載のハイブリッド自動車であって、
前記制御装置は、前記アクセル操作量および前記車速に基づいてまたは運転者のシフト操作に基づいて前記変速段を設定する、
ハイブリッド自動車。 - 請求項1または2記載のハイブリッド自動車であって、
前記変速段は、仮想的な変速段である、
ハイブリッド自動車。 - 請求項1または2記載のハイブリッド自動車であって、
前記駆動軸と前記遊星歯車機構との間に取り付けられた有段変速機を有し、
前記変速段は、前記有段変速機の変速段または前記有段変速機の変速段に仮想的な変速段を加味した変速段である、
ハイブリッド自動車。 - 請求項4記載のハイブリッド自動車であって、
前記制御装置は、前記有段変速機の変速制御の最中に前記キックダウンスイッチがオンになったときには、前記変速制御の完了後に、前記目標回転数を前記キックダウンスイッチがオフのときのオフ時回転数から前記キックダウンスイッチがオンのときのオン時回転数に切り替える、
ハイブリッド自動車。 - 請求項5記載のハイブリッド自動車であって、
前記制御装置は、前記有段変速機の変速制御における、前記有段変速機の入力軸の回転数を変速後の変速段に応じた回転数に変更するイナーシャ相制御の開始前に、前記キック
ダウンスイッチがオンになったときには、前記イナーシャ相制御の開始時に、前記目標回転数を前記オフ時回転数から前記オン時回転数に切り替える、
ハイブリッド自動車。
