Claims (2)
- 建物に固定されているドア枠に回動可能に取り付けられる支持構造材と、前記支持構造材の内側に嵌め込まれるドアパネルとを有する耐火扉であって、
前記支持構造材は、
前記ドアパネルが内側に配置される防火断熱板と、
前記防火断熱板の表側面に取り付けられる表側鋼板と、
前記防火断熱板の裏側面に取り付けられる裏側鋼板と、
前記防火断熱板と、前記表側鋼板と、前記裏側鋼板とを貫通するボルトと、
前記裏側鋼板に上下方向に開口するルーズ穴に対して前記ボルトの頭部を固定する第1ワッシャーと、
前記表側鋼板に上下方向に開口するルーズ穴に対して前記ボルトのねじ先側を固定する第2ワッシャーと、
を有し、
前記第1ワッシャーと前記第2ワッシャーとは、所定温度まで加熱されると消失する物質で成形される、
耐火扉。 - 請求項1に記載の耐火扉において、
前記支持構造材は、
前記表側鋼板の表側面に取り付けられる表側被覆板と、
前記裏側鋼板の裏側面に取り付けられる裏側被覆板と、
を有し、
前記表側被覆板の表側鋼板側の面および前記裏側被覆板の前記裏側鋼板側の面には、熱感応型発泡材が設けられる、
耐火扉。
