窒素雰囲気下、前記化合物4,4'−(シクロヘキサン−1,1−ジイル)ジフェノール(100g、0.372mol)をアセトニトリル1000mlに溶かした後、炭酸カリウム(154.5g、1.117mol)を水300mlに溶解させて添加し、1,1,2,2,3,3,4,4,4−ノナフルオロブタン−1−スルホニルフルオライド(270g、0.894mmol)をゆっくり滴加した後、1時間撹拌した。水層を除去し、無水硫酸マグネシウムで乾燥した後、減圧濃縮して、前記化合物A−1(279g、収率:90%)を製造した。

ITO(indium tin oxide)が1,000Åの厚さに薄膜コーティングされたガラス基板を、洗剤を溶かした蒸留水に入れて超音波で洗浄した。この時、洗剤としてはフィッシャー社(Fischer Co.)製品を使用し、蒸留水としてはミリポア社(Millipore Co.)製品のフィルタ(Filter)で2次濾過した蒸留水を使用した。ITOを30分間洗浄した後、蒸留水で2回繰り返し超音波洗浄を10分間進行させた。蒸留水洗浄が終わった後、イソプロピルアルコール、アセトン、メタノールの溶剤で超音波洗浄をして乾燥させた後、プラズマ洗浄機に輸送させた。また、酸素プラズマを用いて前記基板を5分間洗浄した後、真空蒸着機に基板を輸送させた。
前記実験例1−1における化合物1の化合物の代わりに化合物2を使用したことを除けば、実験例1−1と同様の方法で有機発光素子を作製した。
前記実験例1−1における化合物1の化合物の代わりに化合物6を使用したことを除けば、実験例1−1と同様の方法で有機発光素子を作製した。
前記実験例1−1における化合物1の化合物の代わりに化合物10を使用したことを除けば、実験例1−1と同様の方法で有機発光素子を作製した。
前記実験例1−1における化合物1の化合物の代わりに化合物11を使用したことを除けば、実験例1−1と同様の方法で有機発光素子を作製した。
前記実験例1−1における化合物1の化合物の代わりに化合物15を使用したことを除けば、実験例1−1と同様の方法で有機発光素子を作製した。
前記実験例1−1における化合物1の化合物の代わりに化合物17を使用したことを除けば、実験例1−1と同様の方法で有機発光素子を作製した。
前記実験例1−1における化合物1の化合物の代わりに化合物22を使用したことを除けば、実験例1−1と同様の方法で有機発光素子を作製した。
前記実験例1−1における化合物1の化合物の代わりに化合物24を使用したことを除けば、実験例1−1と同様の方法で有機発光素子を作製した。
前記実験例1−1における化合物1の化合物の代わりに化合物25を使用したことを除けば、実験例1−1と同様の方法で有機発光素子を作製した。
前記実験例1−1における化合物1の化合物の代わりに化合物35を使用したことを除けば、実験例1−1と同様の方法で有機発光素子を作製した。
前記実験例1−1における化合物1の化合物の代わりに化合物55を使用したことを除けば、実験例1−1と同様の方法で有機発光素子を作製した。
前記実験例1−1における化合物1の化合物の代わりに化合物56を使用したことを除けば、実験例1−1と同様の方法で有機発光素子を作製した。
前記実験例1−1における化合物1の化合物の代わりに化合物72を使用したことを除けば、実験例1−1と同様の方法で有機発光素子を作製した。
前記実験例1−1における化合物1の化合物の代わりに化合物74を使用したことを除けば、実験例1−1と同様の方法で有機発光素子を作製した。
前記実験例1−1における化合物1の化合物の代わりに化合物75を使用したことを除けば、実験例1−1と同様の方法で有機発光素子を作製した。
前記実験例1−1における化合物1の化合物の代わりに化合物85を使用したことを除けば、実験例1−1と同様の方法で有機発光素子を作製した。
前記実験例1−1における化合物1の化合物の代わりに化合物90を使用したことを除けば、実験例1−1と同様の方法で有機発光素子を作製した。
前記実験例1−1における化合物1の化合物の代わりに化合物92を使用したことを除けば、実験例1−1と同様の方法で有機発光素子を作製した。
前記実験例1−1における化合物1の化合物の代わりに化合物97を使用したことを除けば、実験例1−1と同様の方法で有機発光素子を作製した。
前記実験例1−1における化合物1の化合物の代わりに化合物100を使用したことを除けば、実験例1−1と同様の方法で有機発光素子を作製した。
前記実験例1−1における化合物1の化合物の代わりに化合物124を使用したことを除けば、実験例1−1と同様の方法で有機発光素子を作製した。
前記実験例1−1における化合物1の化合物の代わりに化合物128を使用したことを除けば、実験例1−1と同様の方法で有機発光素子を作製した。
前記実験例1−1における化合物1の化合物の代わりに化合物155を使用したことを除けば、実験例1−1と同様の方法で有機発光素子を作製した。
前記実験例1−1における化合物1の化合物の代わりに化合物177を使用したことを除けば、実験例1−1と同様の方法で有機発光素子を作製した。
前記実験例1−1における化合物1の化合物の代わりに化合物182を使用したことを除けば、実験例1−1と同様の方法で有機発光素子を作製した。
前記実験例1−1における化合物1の化合物の代わりに化合物ET−1−Aを使用したことを除けば、実験例1−1と同様の方法で有機発光素子を作製した。
前記実験例1−1における化合物1の化合物の代わりに化合物ET−1−Bを使用したことを除けば、実験例1−1と同様の方法で有機発光素子を作製した。

Claims (11)
- 下記化学式1で表される環化合物:

Ar1およびAr2 の少なくとも一方は、ニトリル基、炭素数6〜30の単環又は多環アリール基、及び、炭素数2〜30の単環又は多環ヘテロアリール基を含む群から選択される1以上の置換基で置換もしくは非置換のピリミジル基;及び、ニトリル基、炭素数6〜30の単環又は多環アリール基、及び、炭素数2〜30の単環又は多環ヘテロアリール基を含む群から選択される1以上の置換基で置換もしくは非置換のトリアジニル基であり、他方は、置換もしくは非置換の炭素数6〜30の単環もしくは多環のアリール基;および置換もしくは非置換の炭素数2〜30の単環もしくは多環のヘテロアリール基からなる群より選択され、
mおよびnは、1であり、
Xは、Cであり、
R1およびR2は、互いに同一または異なり、それぞれ独立に、置換もしくは非置換の炭素数1〜30の直鎖もしくは分枝鎖のアルキル基;炭素数6〜30の単環もしくは多環のアリール基;からなる群より選択されるか、R1およびR2は、互いに連結されて置換もしくは非置換の単環のシクロアルキル環を形成してもよい。 - 前記R1およびR2は、互いに同一または異なり、それぞれ独立に、置換もしくは非置換のフェニル基;および置換もしくは非置換のナフチル基からなる群より選択されるものである請求項1に記載の環化合物。
- 前記R1およびR2は、互いに同一または異なり、それぞれ独立に、置換もしくは非置換のメチル基;および置換もしくは非置換のエチル基からなる群より選択されるものである請求項1に記載の環化合物。
- 前記R1およびR2は、互いに連結されて置換もしくは非置換のシクロヘキシル環を形成するものである請求項1に記載の環化合物。
- 前記化学式1で表される環化合物は、下記の化合物1〜79及び97〜209のうちのいずれか1つで表されるものである請求項1に記載の環化合物。
- 第1電極と、前記第1電極に対向して備えられた第2電極と、前記第1電極と第2電極との間に備えられた1層または2層以上の有機物層とを含む有機発光素子であって、前記有機物層のうちの1層以上は、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の環化合物を含むものである有機発光素子。
- 前記有機物層は、正孔注入層または正孔輸送層を含み、前記正孔注入層または正孔輸送層は、前記環化合物を含むものである請求項6に記載の有機発光素子。
- 前記有機物層は、発光層を含み、前記発光層は、前記環化合物を含むものである請求項6に記載の有機発光素子。
- 前記有機物層は、電子輸送層、電子注入層、または電子輸送および電子注入を同時に行う層を含み、前記電子輸送層、電子注入層、または電子輸送および電子注入を同時に行う層は、前記環化合物を含むものである請求項6に記載の有機発光素子。
- 前記有機物層は、正孔阻止層を含み、前記正孔阻止層は、前記環化合物を含むものである請求項6に記載の有機発光素子。
- 前記有機物層は、正孔注入層、正孔輸送層、発光層、正孔阻止層、電子輸送層、および電子注入層からなる群より選択される1層または2層以上をさらに含むものである請求項6に記載の有機発光素子。
