Claims (7)
- 原動機と、
この原動機の動力の補助及び発電を行う電動発電機と、
この電動発電機との間で電力の授受を行う蓄電装置とを備え、
前記蓄電装置は、
複数の電池セルと、
前記複数の電池セルに対して少なくとも一部を離隔した状態で覆う筺体と、
この筺体に取り付けられ、前記複数の電池セルと熱交換を行うために熱媒体の流路が内部に形成された冷却プレートと、
前記筺体と前記冷却プレートとの間に介在し、前記筺体と前記冷却プレートとの熱の授受を妨げるように前記筺体と前記冷却プレートとに両端面で接触する複数の突起と、を含み、
前記複数の突起により、前記筺体と前記冷却プレートとの間に空隙が形成されることを特徴とするハイブリッド式建設機械。 - 請求項1に記載のハイブリッド式建設機械において、
前記各突起は、前記筺体の熱伝導率及び前記冷却プレートの熱伝導率の少なくとも一方より小さい熱伝導率を有する樹脂材料から成ることを特徴とするハイブリッド式建設機械。 - 請求項2に記載のハイブリッド式建設機械において、
前記筺体及び前記冷却プレートの少なくとも一方は金属材料から成ることを特徴とするハイブリッド式建設機械。 - 請求項1に記載のハイブリッド式建設機械において、
前記筺体は、下方に開口した容積体を有し、前記複数の電池セルを前記冷却プレートの上方に配置した状態で、前記複数の電池セルの上方から前記容積体の開口を通して前記冷却プレートに固定されたことを特徴とするハイブリッド式建設機械。 - 請求項1に記載のハイブリッド式建設機械において、
前記筺体は、金属の鋳造体から成ることを特徴とするハイブリッド式建設機械。 - 請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載のハイブリッド式建設機械において、
前記原動機を収容する原動機室と、
この原動機室に配置され、前記熱媒体を冷却するラジエータとを備え、
前記原動機室は、フレームに形成され、前記ラジエータへ送風される外気を取り込む吸気口を有し、
前記蓄電装置は、前記原動機室の前記フレームと前記ラジエータとの間に配置されることを特徴とするハイブリッド式建設機械。 - 原動機と、
この原動機の動力の補助及び発電を行う電動発電機と、
この電動発電機との間で電力の授受を行う蓄電装置とを備え、
前記蓄電装置は、複数の電池セルと、前記複数の電池セルに対して少なくとも一部を離隔した状態で覆う筺体と、この筺体に取り付けられ、前記複数の電池セルと熱交換を行う熱交換部材と、前記筺体と前記熱交換部材との間に介在し、前記筺体と前記熱交換部材との熱の授受を妨げる熱抵抗体とを含むハイブリッド式建設機械において、
前記蓄電装置は、
前記複数の電池セルが接続されて構成される複数の電池モジュールを含み、
前記熱交換部材は、
前記複数の電池モジュールの下方にそれぞれ配置され、前記複数の電池セルを冷却する複数の冷却プレートから成り、
前記熱抵抗体は、
前記複数の電池モジュールの下方にそれぞれ配置され、前記筺体と前記冷却プレートとの熱の授受を妨げる複数の熱抵抗材から成り、
前記各冷却プレート及び前記各熱抵抗材の水平方向の大きさは、前記複数の電池モジュールの水平方向の大きさと同程度以下に設定されたことを特徴とするハイブリッド式建設機械。
