Claims (3)
- 軸方向の両端部が開口する筒状の筺体と、
前記筺体内に前記軸方向に順に配置された、LEDパッケージが実装されているLED基板、基台、ヒートシンク、及び冷却ファンと、
前記筺体の前記冷却ファン側の前記端部の開口に設けられて外部に開口する空気取入口と、
前記筺体の前記冷却ファンとは反対側の前記端部の開口に設けられて外部に開口する空気排出口とを備え、
前記冷却ファンを回転させることにより、前記筺体内には、前記軸方向に前記空気取入口から空気を取り込んで前記空気排出口から排出する空気通路が形成され、
前記LED基板と前記基台と前記ヒートシンクとは、前記軸方向に熱伝達可能に接続され、
前記ヒートシンクは、前記基台と熱伝達可能に接続された平板と、前記平板から前記空気通路内に前記軸方向と直交する向きに突出する複数の放熱フィンとを有し、前記複数の放熱フィンは、該複数の放熱フィンの間を空気が前記軸方向に流れるように設けられていることを特徴とするLED照明装置。 - 前記LED基板は、前記基台の前面に形成された凹部に実装されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のLED照明装置。
- 前記LED基板は、その前記LEDパッケージを実装した前面側から空気が前記基台に直接接触して熱交換できるように穿設された透過孔を有することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のLED照明装置。
