Claims (15)
- 一個のハウジング(1)、一個の放熱器(2)、一個の放熱ファン(3)および一個の発光モジュール(4)を有する灯具において、ハウジング(1)の一端には一個の組立口(11)が設けられ、他端には一個の電気の接続部材(12)が設けられ、ハウジング(1)が組立口(11)に隣接する内側の周壁は一個の導風壁(13)からなり、放熱器(2)には一個の基板(21)が含まれ、基板(21)はハウジング(1)の組立口(11)に結合され、基板(21)には少なくとも一個の阻隔板(22)が設けられ、放熱器(2)は少なくとも一個の阻隔板(22)によって一個の気流通路(221)が形成され、少なくとも一個の阻隔板(22)とハウジング(1)の導風壁(13)の間には一個の第一導風口(C1)が形成され、気流通路(221)とハウジング(1)の導風壁(13)の間には一個の第二導風口(C2)が形成され、放熱ファン(3)は放熱器(2)と結合し、放熱ファン(3)には一個のファンホイール(31)が含まれ、一個の発光モジュール(4)は放熱器(2)の基板(21)に結合されることを特徴とする灯具。
- 基板(21)の阻隔板(22)は二個であり、二個の阻隔板(22)間隔をもって相対するように気流通路(221)が形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の灯具。
- 基板(61)の阻隔板(62)は一個であり、阻隔板(62)は基板(61)の外周縁を囲むように形成され、阻隔板(62)にはハウジング(1)の導風壁(13)に向くように外側表面(622)が形成され、外側表面(622)と導風壁(13)の間には第一導風口(C1)が形成され、さらに阻隔板(62)には気流通路(621)と連通する凹欠部(623)が設けられ、凹欠部(623)とハウジング(1)の導風壁(13)との間には第二導風口(C2)が形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の灯具。
- 放熱ファン(7)には一個の係止片(721)が設けられ、係止片(721)は放熱器(6)の凹欠部(623)の位置に位置合わせするように形成されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の灯具。
- 放熱器(6)の凹欠部(623)の相対する両側の端縁にはそれぞれ一個の翼片(624)が設けられ、二個の翼片(62)はハウジング(1)の導風壁(13)に向いて延伸するように形成され、係止片(721)は二個の翼片(62)の間に位置するように形成されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の灯具。
- 放熱器(6)の二個の翼片(62)はハウジング(1)の導風壁(13)に当接するように形成されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の灯具。
- 他に一個の透光カバー(5)が含まれ、透光カバー(5)は放熱器(2)と結合し、透光カバー(5)には一個の開口部(51)が含まれ、発光モジュール(4)は開口部(51)を通じて透光カバー(5)の内部に収容されることを特徴とする請求項1、2、3、4、5または6に記載の灯具。
- 透光カバー(5)の外側の周壁には一個の導流肩部(52)が設けられ、そしてハウジング(1)の組立口(11)に隣接する一端の端縁と導流肩部(52)の間には一個の導流エアギャップ(53)が形成されることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の灯具。
- 放熱器(2)の気流通路(221)には複数個のフィン(24)が設けられ、それぞれのフィン(24)の間には隙間が含まれることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の灯具。
- それぞれのフィン(24)の相対する両端はそれぞれハウジング(1)の導風壁(13)に当接するように形成されることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の灯具。
- それぞれのフィン(24)の相対する両端とハウジング(1)の導風壁(13)の間にはそれぞれ一個の隙間が形成されることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の灯具。
- それぞれのフィン(24)の片側には一個の位置決め板(25)が形成され、放熱ファン(3)は放熱器(2)の位置決め板(25)に固定されることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の灯具。
- 放熱器(2)の少なくとも一個の阻隔板(22)にはハウジング(1)の導風壁(13)に向くように形成された第一端(223)と第二端(224)が含まれ、阻隔板(22)の第一端(223)と第二端(224)はそれぞれハウジング(1)の導風壁(13)に当接するように形成されることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の灯具。
- ハウジング(1)の内部には複数個の固定柱(14)が設けられ、放熱器(2)の外側の周縁には固定柱(14)に対応するように複数個の取り付け部(26)が形成され、放熱器(2)は複数個の固定部材(F)を利用して取り付け部(26)と固定柱(14)によって固定するように形成されることを特徴とする請求項1、2、3、4、5または6に記載の灯具。
- 放熱ファン(3)には一個のファンホイール(31)が含まれ、ファンホイール(31)は一個の回転範囲(R)が含まれ、ファンホイール(31)の半径方向において、放熱器(2)の二個の阻隔板(22)の間には一個の半径方向の距離(D)が含まれ、ファンホイール(31)は二個の阻隔板(22)の間に位置するように形成され、そして半径方向の距離(D)は回転範囲(R)より大きくなるように、または同じになるように形成されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の灯具。
