Claims (9)
- 半導体型発光部と、
前記半導体型発光部から出射された光を所定の配光パターンで照射させる投影レンズと、
前記半導体型発光部が取り付けられるヒートシンク部材と、
前記投影レンズと前記ヒートシンク部材との間に設けられ、前記ヒートシンク部材よりも熱伝導率の低いプレート部材と、を備え、
前記投影レンズは、樹脂製レンズであり、
前記プレート部材は、前記投影レンズと対向するレンズ対向面の少なくとも一部がレンズ側拡散面とされ、
前記プレート部材と前記投影レンズとのいずれか一方には、前記プレート部材と前記投影レンズとの間に隙間を形成する第1突起部が設けられていることを特徴とする車両用灯具。 - 半導体型発光部と、
前記半導体型発光部から出射された光を所定の配光パターンで照射させる投影レンズと、
前記半導体型発光部が取り付けられるヒートシンク部材と、
前記投影レンズと前記ヒートシンク部材との間に設けられ、前記ヒートシンク部材よりも熱伝導率の低いプレート部材と、を備え、
前記投影レンズは、樹脂製レンズであり、
前記プレート部材は、前記投影レンズと対向するレンズ対向面の少なくとも一部がレンズ側拡散面とされ、
前記ヒートシンク部材には、前記半導体型発光部から前記投影レンズに至る光路にシェードを設けつつ前記投影レンズを保持するレンズホルダが取り付けられ、
前記プレート部材は、前記投影レンズと前記レンズホルダとの間に配置されることで、前記投影レンズと前記ヒートシンク部材との間に設けられることを特徴とする車両用灯具。 - 前記プレート部材と前記レンズホルダとのいずれか一方には、前記プレート部材と前記レンズホルダとの間に隙間を形成する第2突起部が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の車両用灯具。
- 半導体型発光部と、
前記半導体型発光部から出射された光を所定の配光パターンで照射させる投影レンズと、
前記半導体型発光部が取り付けられるヒートシンク部材と、
前記投影レンズと前記ヒートシンク部材との間に設けられ、前記ヒートシンク部材よりも熱伝導率の低いプレート部材と、を備え、
前記投影レンズは、樹脂製レンズであり、
前記プレート部材は、前記投影レンズと対向するレンズ対向面の少なくとも一部がレンズ側拡散面とされ、
前記プレート部材では、前記半導体型発光部側に位置する光源側面が光源側拡散面とされていることを特徴とする車両用灯具。 - 半導体型発光部と、
前記半導体型発光部から出射された光を所定の配光パターンで照射させる投影レンズと、
前記半導体型発光部が取り付けられるヒートシンク部材と、
前記投影レンズと前記ヒートシンク部材との間に設けられ、前記ヒートシンク部材よりも熱伝導率の低いプレート部材と、を備え、
前記投影レンズは、樹脂製レンズであり、
前記プレート部材は、前記投影レンズと対向するレンズ対向面の少なくとも一部がレンズ側拡散面とされ、
前記プレート部材は、前記半導体型発光部からの光を遮光する遮蔽箇所と、前記半導体型発光部からの光を前記投影レンズを介して前方を照射させる開口部と、を有し、環状を呈していることを特徴とする車両用灯具。 - 半導体型発光部と、
前記半導体型発光部から出射された光を所定の配光パターンで照射させる投影レンズと、
前記半導体型発光部が取り付けられるヒートシンク部材と、
前記投影レンズと前記ヒートシンク部材との間で前記投影レンズに宛がわれて設けられ、前記ヒートシンク部材よりも熱伝導率の低いプレート部材と、を備え、
前記投影レンズは、樹脂製レンズであり、前記プレート部材を介して前記ヒートシンク部材に取り付けられ、
前記プレート部材は、前記投影レンズと対向するレンズ対向面の少なくとも一部がレンズ側拡散面とされていることを特徴とする車両用灯具。 - 前記プレート部材と前記投影レンズとのいずれか一方には、前記プレート部材と前記投影レンズとの間に隙間を形成する第1突起部が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の車両用灯具。
- 前記ヒートシンク部材には、前記半導体型発光部から前記投影レンズに至る光路にシェードを設けつつ前記投影レンズを保持するレンズホルダが取り付けられ、
前記プレート部材は、前記投影レンズと前記レンズホルダとの間に配置されることで、前記投影レンズと前記ヒートシンク部材との間に設けられることを特徴とする請求項6または請求項7に記載の車両用灯具。 - 前記プレート部材は、前記半導体型発光部からの光を遮光する遮蔽箇所と、前記半導体型発光部からの光を前記投影レンズを介して前方を照射させる開口部と、を有し、環状を呈していることを特徴とする請求項6から請求項8のいずれか1項に記載の車両用灯具。
