前記誘電体層の上に形成された上部電極層と、
を含み、
前記可変容量デバイスは、
前記上部電極層形成後に形成される導電性密着膜及び絶縁性耐湿膜を含み、
前記導電性密着膜及び前記絶縁性耐湿膜は、
前記複数の可変容量素子のうち1又は複数の可変容量素子のために分離形成された下部電極層の領域毎に、分離されている
可変容量デバイス。 - 前記絶縁性耐湿膜上に形成された絶縁層
をさらに含み、
前記導電性密着膜及び前記絶縁性耐湿膜において前記下部電極層の領域毎に分離するために除去された部分で、前記絶縁層が前記支持基板と接する
