Claims (7)
- 外側のスリーブ(4)とこのスリーブ内に層状に重なり合うように配置されたプレートとを備える自動車用の排気ガス熱交換器(1)において、
オーステナイト鋼材料から成るフィンプレート(8)が、フェライト鋼材料から成るインナカセット(6)内に配置され、少なくとも2つのインナカセット(6)が、プレートとして層状に重なり合うように配置され、二相鋼から成る外側のスリーブ(4)が、インナカセット(6)を包囲するように形成され、各インナカセット(6)とその中に配置されたフィンプレート(8)、隣接するそれぞれ2つのインナカセット(6)及び層状に重なり合うように配置されたインナカセット(6)と外側のスリーブ(4)が、互いにろう付けされていること、を特徴とする排気ガス熱交換器。 - 第1の流通路(2)が、スリーブ(4)の内周面(3)とインナカセット(6)の外周面(5)の間に形成され、第2の流通路(7)が、インナカセット(6)内に形成されていること、を特徴とする請求項1に記載の排気ガス熱交換器。
- インナカセット(6)が、二重シェル式に形成され、両シェルが、互いにろう付けされ、シェル及び/又はスリーブ(4)が、スペース保持丘部(14)を備えること、を特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の排気ガス熱交換器。
- スリーブ(4)が、アウタシェル(5)として二重シェル式に形成され、両シェル(10,11)が、互いにろう付けされていること、を特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の排気ガス熱交換器。
- 二相鋼として、EN1.4462又は1.4362又は1.4162の合金が使用されること、を特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の排気ガス熱交換器。
- スリーブ(4)に、二相鋼から成るホルダ(12)が配置されていること、を特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の排気ガス熱交換器。
- ホルダ(12)が、一体的かつ一貫材料でスリーブ(4)に形成されていること、を特徴とする請求項6に記載の排気ガス熱交換器。
