Claims (7)
- 両側が開放したハウジングジャケット(6)を有する、熱交換器であって、
−ハウジングジャケット(6)内に、複数の互いに隔たった個別のパイプ(1)のパイプ束が挿入されており、
−このパイプ束の個々のパイプ(1)が、その両端に設けられたパイプ底(2、3)に固定的かつ密に保持されており、
−パイプ底(2、3)が、ハウジングジャケット(6)の両端で蓋を形成し、
−2つのパイプ底(2、3)のうちの第1のパイプ底(3)が、ハウジングジャケット(6)と堅固かつ密に結合されており、
−2つのパイプ底(2、3)のうちの第2のパイプ底(2)が、ハウジングジャケット(6)内に軸方向に摺動可能に密に支承されており、
−パイプ(1)の内側が、第1の熱い媒体によって貫流されるように構成されており、
−パイプ(1)の外側が、ハウジングジャケット(6)によって形成される空間内に配置され、第1の媒体よりも温度の低い第2の媒体によってハウジングジャケット(6)が軸方向に貫流されるように構成されており、
−個々のパイプ(1)と、少なくとも、熱交換器の熱い流入側に位置する第2のパイプ底(2)とが、耐熱性の金属で形成されており、
−ハウジングジャケット(6)が、プラスチックで形成されており、
−第1の熱い媒体のための流入側に位置する第2のパイプ底(2)は、ハウジングジャケット(6)に添接する前に、第2の媒体に直接さらされる領域を有することを特徴とする熱交換器。 - 両側が開放したハウジングジャケット(6)を有する、熱交換器であって、
−ハウジングジャケット(6)内に、複数の互いに隔たった個別のパイプ(1)のパイプ束が挿入されており、
−このパイプ束の個々のパイプ(1)が、その両端に設けられたパイプ底(2、3)に固定的かつ密に保持されており、
−パイプ底(2、3)が、ハウジングジャケット(6)の両端で蓋を形成し、
−パイプ(1)の内側が、第1の熱い媒体によって貫流されるように構成されており、
−パイプ(1)の外側が、ハウジングジャケット(6)によって形成される空間内に配置され、第1の媒体よりも温度の低い第2の媒体によってハウジングジャケット(6)が軸方向に貫流されるように構成されており、
−個々のパイプ(1)と、少なくとも、熱交換器の熱い流入側に位置する第2のパイプ底(2)とが、耐熱性の金属で形成されており、
−ハウジングジャケット(6)が、プラスチックで形成されており、
−第1の熱い媒体のための流入側に位置する第2のパイプ底(2)は、ハウジングジャケット(6)に添接する前に、第2の媒体に直接さらされる領域を有し、
2つのパイプ底(2、3)のうちの一方のパイプ底(2又は3)とハウジングジャケット(6)との間の堅固な結合が、フランジ結合であり、そのフランジ結合において、ハウジングジャケット(6)が環状のウェブ(8)を有し、前述の2つのパイプ底のうちの一方のパイプ底(2又は3)がハウジングジャケット(6)の環状のウェブ(8)の周囲にフランジの形になって止められていることを特徴とする熱交換器。 - ハウジングジャケット(6)の材料の熱耐性が、熱交換器へ流入する第1の媒体の流入温度よりも低い少なくとも100℃にあることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の熱交換器。
- 放射方向においてパイプ束とハウジングジャケット(6)との間に位置する空間の内部に、プラスチックで形成された少なくとも1つの流れシケイン(12)が挿入されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の熱交換器。
- シケイン(12)が、軸方向において一方で1つのパイプ底(2、3)と、他方で他のパイプ底(2又は3)またはハウジングジャケット(6)との間で、面結合ないし形状結合だけで固定されていることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の熱交換器。
- 熱交換器が自動車の内燃機関の排ガス熱交換器であることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の熱交換器。
- ハウジングジャケット(6)の材料の熱耐性が、熱交換器へ流入する第1の媒体の流入温度よりも下の少なくとも300℃にあることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の熱交換器。
