Description

Claims (22)
- 無線送信/受信装置(WTRU)であって、
ロングタームエボリューション(LTE)搬送波上の送信および受信に関連付けられたLTE媒体アクセス制御(MAC)エンティティと、
少なくともミリ波搬送波上の受信に関連付けられたミリ波MACエンティティと、
プロセッサと
を備え、前記プロセッサは、
ミリ波不連続受信(DRX)動作に関連付けられたリソース構成を受信し、前記リソース構成は、前記リソース構成に含まれる測定リソースおよび前記リソース構成に含まれる報告リソースを示し、
ミリ波ダウンリンクビームに関連付けられた測定を実行し、
前記ミリ波搬送波に関連付けられた選好されたミリ波ダウンリンクビームを報告し、前記報告は前記LTE搬送波を介してなされ、
前記選好されたミリ波ダウンリンクビーム上の制御チャネルを監視する
ように構成されたことを特徴とする無線送信/受信装置(WTRU)。 - 前記選好されたミリ波ダウンリンクビームは、ビーム識別(ID)又はチャネル品質インジケータ(CQI)値の少なくとも1つによって識別されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のWTRU。
- 前記WTRUは、複数のDRXセットで構成されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のWTRU。
- 前記複数のDRXセットは、第1のDRXセットおよび第2のDRXセットを備え、前記第2のDRXセットに関連付けられたリソースは、前記第1のDRXセットに関連付けられたリソースのサブセットであることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のWTRU。
- 前記第1のDRXセットは完全DRXセットであり、前記第2のDRXセットは部分DRXセットであることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のWTRU。
- 前記プロセッサは、トリガーに基づいて前記複数のDRXセット間で前記WTRUを遷移させるようにさらに構成されたことを特徴とする請求項4に記載のWTRU。
- 前記トリガーは、不活性タイマー又はDRXコマンドの1つであることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のWTRU。
- 前記プロセッサは、
ビーム再アライメントを実行するためのネットワークエンティティからのトリガーに基づいてビーム再アライメントを実行することと、
ビームアライメント失敗の決定に基づいて、ビーム再アライメントを実行することと
のうちの少なくとも1つを実行するようにさらに構成されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のWTRU。 - 前記リソース構成は、DRX動作に関連付けられたオン期間を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のWTRU。
- 前記リソース構成は、オフセットを示し、前記オフセットは、前記測定リソースから前記報告リソースまでであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のWTRU。
- 監視されている前記制御チャネルは、LTE制御チャネルであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のWTRU。
- 無線送信/受信装置(WTRU)におけるミリ波不連続受信(DRX)に関連付けられた方法であって、
ロングタームエボリューション(LTE)搬送波上で送信および受信することであって、前記LTE搬送波上で送信および受信することは、LTE媒体アクセス制御(MAC)エンティティに関連付けられた、送信および受信することと、
ミリ波搬送波上で受信することであって、前記ミリ波搬送波上で受信することは、ミリ波MACエンティティに関連付けられた、受信することと、
ミリ波不連続受信(DRX)動作に関連付けられたリソース構成を受信することであって、前記リソース構成は、前記リソース構成に含まれる測定リソースおよび前記リソース構成に含まれる報告リソースを示す、受信することと、
ミリ波ダウンリンクビームに関連付けられた測定を実行することと、
前記ミリ波搬送波に関連付けられた選好されたミリ波ダウンリンクビームを報告することであって、前記報告は前記LTE搬送波を介してなされる、報告することと、
前記選好されたミリ波ダウンリンクビーム上の制御チャネルを監視することと
を備えたことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記選好されたミリ波ダウンリンクビームは、ビーム識別(ID)又はチャネル品質インジケータ(CQI)値の少なくとも1つによって識別されることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記WTRUは、複数のDRXセットで構成されたことを特徴とする請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記複数のDRXセットは、第1のDRXセットおよび第2のDRXセットを備え、前記第2のDRXセットに関連付けられたリソースは、前記第1のDRXセットに関連付けられたリソースのサブセットであることを特徴とする請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記第1のDRXセットは完全DRXセットであり、前記第2のDRXセットは部分DRXセットであることを特徴とする請求項15に記載の方法。
- トリガーに基づいて前記複数のDRXセット間で前記WTRUを遷移させることをさらに備えたことを特徴とする請求項15に記載の方法。
- 前記トリガーは、不活性タイマー又はDRXコマンドの1つであることを特徴とする請求項17に記載の方法。
- ビーム再アライメントを実行するためのネットワークエンティティからのトリガーに基づいてビーム再アライメントを実行することと、
ビームアライメント失敗の決定に基づいて、ビーム再アライメントを実行することと
のうちの少なくとも1つを実行することをさらに備えたことを特徴とする請求項12に記載の方法。 - 前記リソース構成は、DRX動作に関連付けられたオン期間を含むことを特徴とする請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記リソース構成は、オフセットを示し、前記オフセットは、前記測定リソースから前記報告リソースまでであることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の方法。
- 監視されている前記制御チャネルは、LTE制御チャネルであることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の方法。
