Description
内部ケースは、複数の個別収容室のそれぞれについて、流体が内部ケースの外部から流入する入口部(40a)と、流体が個別収容室から流出する出口部(40b)と、を有し、
内部ケースの内部には、間隔をあけて互いに対向して設けられる個別収容室の間に、出口部のそれぞれに連通する下流側チャンバ(41)が設けられ、
下流側チャンバは、梁を用いて区画形成された底壁側通路(135)に連結され、
出口部のそれぞれから下流側チャンバに流出した流体は、底壁側通路を通過して流体駆動装置の吸入部(143a)に吸入されることを特徴とする。
第1実施形態の電池パック1について、図1を参照しながら説明する。電池パック1は、例えば、電池に充電された電力によって駆動されるモータと、内燃機関とを走行駆動源とするハイブリッド自動車、モータを走行駆動源とする電気自動車等に用いられる。電池パック1に含まれる単電池121は、円筒形の蓄電池であり、例えば、ニッケル水素二次電池、リチウムイオン二次電池、有機ラジカル電池等である。
第2実施形態では、第1実施形態の電池パック1の他の形態である電池パック101について図2を参照して説明する。図2において、第1実施形態の図面中と同一符号を付した構成要素は、同様の構成要素であり、同様の作用効果を奏するものである。以下、第1実施形態と相違する内容について説明する。

Claims (4)
- それぞれ、複数の円筒形の単電池(121)を接続した電池集合体である複数の電池スタック(120A,120B,120C,120D)と、
前記単電池を固定する支持部(42)を一体に有するとともに、複数の前記電池スタックのそれぞれを個別に収容する複数の個別収容室(40)を含む内部ケース(4)と、
前記内部ケースを収容するパックケース(110)と、
前記パックケースの内部に供給した流体を、前記内部ケースの前記個別収容室のそれぞれを通過させた後に吸入して、前記パックケースの内部に循環流を形成する流体駆動装置(140A,140B)と、
前記パックケースの底壁(112)に一体に設けられて前記内部ケースを下方から支える複数の梁(3)と、
を備え、
前記内部ケースは、複数の前記個別収容室のそれぞれについて、流体が前記内部ケースの外部から流入する入口部(40a)と、流体が前記個別収容室から流出する出口部(40b)と、を有し、
前記内部ケースの内部には、間隔をあけて互いに対向して設けられる前記個別収容室の間に、前記出口部のそれぞれに連通する下流側チャンバ(41)が設けられ、
前記下流側チャンバは、前記梁を用いて区画形成された底壁側通路(135)に連結され、
前記出口部のそれぞれから前記下流側チャンバに流出した流体は、前記底壁側通路を通過して前記流体駆動装置の吸入部(143a)に吸入される電池パック。 - 前記単電池は、長手方向が前記下流側チャンバにおいて流体が流下する方向と同じになる姿勢で前記個別収容室に収容されている請求項1に記載の電池パック。
- 前記内部ケースの内部には、前記個別収容室が複数段を構成するように設けられ、
前記個別収容室に収容される前記単電池の前記長手方向は、前記個別収容室が前記複数段、重なる方向と同じである請求項2に記載の電池パック。 - 前記パックケースの内部には、前記内部ケースが複数個収容されている請求項1から請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の電池パック。
