Description
以下に、本願出願の当初の特許請求の範囲に記載された発明を付記する。
2組の車輪と、それぞれに駆動力を発生する第1および第2のモータと、ドライブシャフトを含み、前記第1のモータにより発生された前記駆動力を前記2組の車輪のうちの1組へと伝達する第1の伝達機構と、前記第2のモータにより発生された駆動力を前記2組の車輪のうちの別の1組へと伝達する第2の伝達機構と、前記第1のモータにより発生された駆動力の伝達を抑止するパーキングロック状態を形成するパーキングロックユニットと、前記パーキングロック状態の解除を要求する操作に応じて前記パーキングロック状態を解除するべく前記パーキングロックユニットを制御するロック制御手段と、を具備した車両の制御装置において、前記パーキングロック状態における前記ドライブシャフトの捻り歪み量を測定する測定手段と、前記ロック制御手段により前記パーキングロック状態が解除される際に前記ドライブシャフトの捻り歪みの解消に伴う前記第1のモータの回転の負荷となるトルクを前記測定手段により測定された捻り歪み量に基づいて判定し、当該トルクを出力するべく前記第1のモータを制御するモータ制御手段とを具備したことを特徴とする制御装置。
Claims (4)
- 2組の車輪と、
それぞれに駆動力を発生する第1および第2のモータと、
ドライブシャフトを含み、前記第1のモータにより発生された前記駆動力を前記2組の車輪のうちの1組へと伝達する第1の伝達機構と、
前記第2のモータにより発生された駆動力を前記2組の車輪のうちの別の1組へと伝達する第2の伝達機構と、
前記第1のモータにより発生された駆動力の伝達を抑止するパーキングロック状態を形成するパーキングロックユニットと、
前記パーキングロック状態の解除を要求する操作に応じて前記パーキングロック状態を解除するべく前記パーキングロックユニットを制御するロック制御手段と、を具備した車両の制御装置において、
前記パーキングロック状態における前記ドライブシャフトの捻り歪み量を前記第1のモータ及び前記第2のモータの回転量に基づいて測定する測定手段と、
前記ロック制御手段により前記パーキングロック状態が解除される際に前記ドライブシャフトの捻り歪みの解消に伴う前記第1のモータの回転の負荷となるトルクを前記測定手段により測定された捻り歪み量に基づいて判定し、当該トルクを出力するべく前記第1のモータを制御するモータ制御手段とを具備したことを特徴とする制御装置。 - 前記測定手段は、前記パーキングロックユニットが前記パーキングロック状態を形成した時点からの前記第1のモータの回転量と前記第2のモータの回転量との差に基づき捻り歪み量を測定することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の制御装置。
- 前記モータ制御手段は、前記捻り歪み量が大きいほどに大きなトルクを出力するべく前記第1のモータを制御することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の制御装置。
- 前記モータ制御手段は、前記パーキングロック状態の解除を要求する操作に応じて、前記ロック制御手段が前記パーキングロック状態を解除する動作を開始するのに先立って、前記トルクの出力を開始することを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の制御装置。
