- 細長シャフト本体上に配設され、長手軸を画定するとともに外径と内径を有する環状電極であって、前記外径が、前記電極の軸方向端部よりも前記電極の軸方向中心において大きい、環状電極を備え、
前記細長シャフト本体が、外径を有しており、前記環状電極の前記内径が、前記細長シャフト本体の前記外径より小さく、前記環状電極の前記外径が、前記細長シャフト本体の前記外径より大きく、前記環状電極の前記軸方向端部の外面が、前記細長シャフト本体の外面と連続している、細長医療機器アセンブリ。 - 前記環状電極の前記外径が、前記電極のいずれかの軸方向端部よりも前記軸方向中心において大きい、請求項1に記載の細長医療機器アセンブリ。
- 前記環状電極が、前記外径と前記内径との間の厚さを画定しており、前記厚さが、前記軸方向中心よりも前記軸方向端部において、およそ25%〜およそ75%小さい、請求項1に記載の細長医療機器アセンブリ。
- 前記電極の前記軸方向端部が、面取り部を備えている、請求項1に記載の細長医療機器アセンブリ。
- 前記環状電極の前記外径が、連続した曲率を有する、請求項1に記載の細長医療機器アセンブリ。
