Claims (6)
- エンジンとインタークーラーを冷却水で冷却する冷却システムから冷却水の供給を受けて冷媒を凝縮させる水冷式コンデンサがインタークーラー用ラジエータに組み込まれ、前記インタークーラー用ラジエータの前方には、外気と熱交換を通じて前記水冷式コンデンサから供給される冷媒を凝縮させる空冷式コンデンサを含む車両用エアコンシステムの制御方法において、
(A)車両の始動がオンになった状態で車両の走行中、エアコンの作動を感知して冷媒を循環させる過程と、
(B)エンジン用ラジエータと、前記インタークーラー用ラジエータと、前記水冷式コンデンサと、前記空冷式コンデンサとを含むクーリングモジュールでウォータポンプとクーリングファンの作動を通じて冷却水を循環及び冷却させる過程と、
(C)車両がエアコンを作動させた状態で急加速走行状態、または車両の走行後にエアコンを止めた状態で車両が停車したか否かを判断し、車両が停車したか否かの判断によってエアコンの圧力、冷却水温が既設定された設定値内にあるか否かを判断してウォータポンプとクーリングファンの作動速度を制御し、制御を終了する過程と、
を含むことを特徴とする車両用エアコンシステムの制御方法。 - 前記(A)過程は、
車両の始動をオンにして走行するステップと、
エアコンが作動したか否かを感知するステップと、
圧縮機を駆動させて冷媒を圧縮して循環させるステップと、
を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両用エアコンシステムの制御方法。 - 前記(B)過程は、
前記クーリングモジュールのエンジン用ラジエータとインタークーラー用ラジエータから前記エンジンと前記インタークーラーにそれぞれ冷却水が循環するように前記ウォータポンプを駆動させるステップと、
前記エンジンと前記インタークーラーをそれぞれ冷却しながら温度が上昇した冷却水が流入される前記クーリングモジュールに外気と共に風を送風して冷却させるように前記クーリングファンを作動させるステップと、
を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両用エアコンシステムの制御方法。 - 前記(C)過程は、
車両がエアコンを作動させた状態で急加速走行状態、または車両の走行後にエアコンを止めた状態で車両が停車したか否かを判断するステップと、
車両が停車していないと判断される場合、前記(A)過程にリターンするステップと、
車両が停車したと判断される場合、エアコンの圧力と冷却水の温度が既設定された設定値内にあるか否かを判断するステップと、
エアコンの圧力と冷却水の温度が既設定された設定値内にないと判断される場合、前記ウォータポンプと前記クーリングファンの作動速度を制御し、前記(B)過程にリターンするステップと、
エアコンの圧力と冷却水の温度が既設定された設定値内にあると判断される場合、制御を終了するステップとを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両用エアコンシステムの制御方法。 - 前記ウォータポンプと前記クーリングファンは、
多段でその作動速度が制御されて流量と風量が調節されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の車両用エアコンシステムの制御方法。 - 前記ウォータポンプは、
電動ウォータポンプで構成され、ECUの制御信号によって作動速度が制御されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載の車両用エアコンシステムの制御方法。
