Claims (5)
- エンジンの排気管に設けられた選択還元触媒装置と、
尿素水を貯留する尿素水タンクと、
前記尿素水タンクに設けられ、前記尿素水タンク内の尿素水の液面に追従するフロートと、該フロートの位置を検出することにより、前記尿素水タンク内に貯留された尿素水の液面高さを検出する検出手段とを備えたフロート式の尿素水レベルセンサと、
前記選択還元触媒装置の上流側の前記排気管に設けられ尿素水を噴射するドージングバルブと、
前記エンジンから排出されるNOx量に応じて前記ドージングバルブから噴射する尿素水の噴射量を制御する尿素水噴射制御部と、
前記尿素水タンクの水平面に対する傾斜角度を検出する傾斜センサと、
前記検出手段が前記フロートの位置から検出した尿素水の液面高さを、前記傾斜センサで検出した傾斜角度により補正する傾斜補正処理部と、
前記傾斜センサで検出した傾斜角度が、予め設定した閾値角度より大きいとき、傾斜センサの異常と判定する傾斜異常判定部と、を備えたSCRシステムであって、
前記傾斜センサで検出した傾斜角度が閾値角度より大きいとき、カウンタ値がインクリメントされるカウンタを有し、
前記傾斜異常判定部は、前記カウンタ値と予め設定した閾値回数とを比較し、前記傾斜センサで検出した傾斜角度が閾値角度より大きいときでも、前記カウンタ値が前記閾値回数以下のときは、前記傾斜センサの異常と判定しない
ことを特徴とするSCRシステム。 - 前記傾斜センサで検出した傾斜角度が閾値角度以下であるとき、前記カウンタ値がデクリメントされる
請求項1記載のSCRシステム。 - 前記尿素水噴射制御部による尿素水の指示噴射量の積算値である積算指示噴射量を求める積算指示噴射量演算部と、
前記傾斜補正処理部により補正された尿素水の液面高さを基に、尿素水の実噴射量を求める実噴射量演算部と、
積算指示噴射量と実噴射量の乖離が所定よりも大きいとき、消費量異常と判定する消費量異常判定部と、をさらに備えた
請求項1または2記載のSCRシステム。 - エンジンの排気ガス浄化用の尿素水を貯留する尿素水タンクに設けられ、前記尿素水タンク内の尿素水の液面に追従するフロートと、該フロートの位置を検出することにより、前記尿素水タンク内に貯留された尿素水の液面高さを検出する検出手段とを備えたフロート式の尿素水レベルセンサと、
前記尿素水タンクの水平面に対する傾斜角度を検出する傾斜センサと、
前記検出手段が前記フロートの位置から検出した尿素水の液面高さを、前記傾斜センサで検出した傾斜角度により補正する傾斜補正処理部と、
前記傾斜センサで検出した傾斜角度が、予め設定した閾値角度より大きいとき、傾斜センサの異常と判定する傾斜異常判定部と、を備えたSCRセンサであって、
前記傾斜センサで検出した傾斜角度が閾値角度より大きいとき、カウンタ値がインクリメントされるカウンタを有し、
前記傾斜異常判定部は、前記カウンタ値と予め設定した閾値回数とを比較し、前記傾斜センサで検出した傾斜角度が閾値角度より大きいときでも、前記カウンタ値が前記閾値回数以下のときは、前記傾斜センサの異常と判定しない
ことを特徴とするSCRセンサ。 - 液体を貯留するタンクに設けられ、前記タンク内の液体の液面に追従するフロートと、該フロートの位置を検出することにより、前記タンク内に貯留された液体の液面高さを検出する検出手段と、
前記タンクの水平面に対する傾斜角度を検出する傾斜センサと、
前記検出手段が前記フロートの位置から検出した液体の液面高さを、前記傾斜センサで検出した傾斜角度により補正する傾斜補正処理部と、
前記傾斜センサで検出した傾斜角度が、予め設定した閾値角度より大きいとき、傾斜センサの異常と判定する傾斜異常判定部と、を備えたフロート式のレベルセンサであって、
前記傾斜センサで検出した傾斜角度が閾値角度より大きいとき、カウンタ値がインクリメントされるカウンタを有し、
前記傾斜異常判定部は、前記カウンタ値と予め設定した閾値回数とを比較し、前記傾斜センサで検出した傾斜角度が閾値角度より大きいときでも、前記カウンタ値が前記閾値回数以下のときは、前記傾斜センサの異常と判定しない
ことを特徴とするレベルセンサ。
