Description
第一貫通穴が形成された前記ケースの天部と、
タンク外に連通される第二貫通穴が形成された前記外側部材の天部との間で、
前記第一貫通穴にはめ込まれて内部を前記第二貫通穴に連通させる筒状シール体の一部を挟持させると共に、
前記筒状シール体の下端が前記フロート弁の弁座となるようにしてなる、ものとした。
図1〜図9に示される弁装置(第一例)は、燃料タンク内に設けた図示しないブラケットを利用して、燃料タンクに備えられるようになっている。
(1)前記フロート弁2の上昇時に前記第一貫通穴3bを閉塞するシール部21a
(2)前記フロート主体20の一部に対して引っかかって前記傾動の中心となる引っかかり部21b
(3)前記シール部21aの裏側において突出する当接部21c
(4)前記傾動時に前記筒状シール体7の下端に当接する支点部21d
図9〜図13に示される弁装置(第二例)は、燃料タンクTの上部に取り付けられるようになっている。この弁装置は、燃料タンクTの上部に形成された取付用穴Taを塞ぐ大きさの外側部材40と、この取付用穴Taを通じて燃料タンクT内に挿入可能なケース30とを備えており、かかるケース30を燃料タンクT内に挿入した状態で燃料タンクTの上部の外面に外側部材40の外周部を溶着などによって固着させて、燃料タンクTに備えられるようになっている(図11)。

Claims (6)
- フロート弁と、このフロート弁を収納するケースと、このケースの少なくとも上部側を収納すると共に燃料タンク側への取り付け部を備えた外側部材とを有し、燃料タンクの通気流路の一部を構成する弁装置であって、
第一貫通穴が形成された前記ケースの天部と、
タンク外に連通される第二貫通穴が形成された前記外側部材の天部との間で、
前記第一貫通穴にはめ込まれて内部を前記第二貫通穴に連通させる筒状シール体の一部を挟持させると共に、
前記筒状シール体の下端が前記フロート弁の弁座となるようにしてなる、弁装置。 - 前記筒状シール体の一部を、前記ケースの天部と前記外側部材の天部との間に挟持される外鍔部とさせてなる、請求項1に記載の弁装置。
- 前記ケース及び前記外側部材のいずれか一方に、これらの他方に設けた係合穴に係合される係合爪を備えさせてなる、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の弁装置。
- 前記係合爪を前記ケースの天部に設けると共に、前記係合穴を前記外側部材の天部に設けてなる、請求項3に記載の弁装置。
- 前記外側部材の天部に貫通部を設けると共に、前記ケースの側部に貫通部を設けてなる、請求項1〜請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の弁装置。
- 前記ケースを、外側筒体と、この外側筒体との間に隙間を形成してこの外側筒体に組み合わされる内側筒体とから構成させると共に、前記内側筒体の側部に貫通部を設け、かつ、この貫通部より上方に位置される外側筒体の上端部が前記隙間の開放端となるようにしてなる、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の弁装置。
