前記網目状発熱体の両端部に配置される電極と、を備え、
前記電極は、前記網目状発熱体が溶着される金属箔と、幅方向に沿って折り返すことにより、前記網目状発熱体の端部と前記金属箔を含む電極基体の表裏面を挟持する絶縁性の保護テープと、を有し、
前記網目状発熱体は、長さ方向端部が前記金属箔の端面に沿うように配置され、
前記電極基体の長さ方向端部と前記保護テープの折り返し部分との間にスペースがあり、
前記スペースにスペーサーが配置されていることを特徴とする。

Claims (7)
- 複数のヒーター素線が網目状に編み込まれてなる網目状発熱体と、
前記網目状発熱体の両端部に配置される電極と、を備え、
前記電極は、前記網目状発熱体が溶着される金属箔と、幅方向に沿って折り返すことにより、前記網目状発熱体の端部と前記金属箔を含む電極基体の表裏面を挟持する絶縁性の保護テープと、を有し、
前記網目状発熱体は、長さ方向端部が前記金属箔の端面に沿うように配置され、
前記電極基体の長さ方向端部と前記保護テープの折り返し部分との間にスペースがあり、
前記スペースにスペーサーが配置されていることを特徴とするハンドル用ヒーター。 - 前記スペーサーは帯形状を有し、前記電極基体と平行に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のハンドル用ヒーター。
- 当該ハンドル用ヒーターの幅方向に沿う前記スペーサーの長さは、前記電極基体の長さの70%以上であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のハンドル用ヒーター。
- 前記スペーサーと前記電極基体との離間距離は、前記スペーサーの幅の50%以下であることを特徴とする請求項2又は3に記載のハンドル用ヒーター。
- 当該ハンドル用ヒーターの長さ方向に沿う前記スペーサーの幅は、前記電極基体の幅の30%〜100%であることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のハンドル用ヒーター。
- 前記スペーサーは、不織布で形成され、
前記スペーサーの組立前の厚さは、前記電極基体の厚さよりも厚いことを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のハンドル用ヒーター。 - 当該ハンドル用ヒーターの幅方向に沿う前記保護テープの長さは、前記電極基体の長さよりも長く、
前記保護テープは、前記電極基体の幅方向端部を覆うことを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のハンドル用ヒーター。
