Claims (10)
- 電流を供給するための少なくとも2つの電極(5,5’)を有すると共に、被加熱基材表面(4)の少なくとも一部を覆って前記電極(5,5’)間に配置され前記電極に電気伝導で接続された複数の加熱部(11,11’,11”)を含む、加熱要素(1)において、該加熱要素(1)は、前記加熱部(11,11’,11”)のバンドル(9,9’,9”,9’”)を少なくとも2本有し、前記少なくとも2本のバンドルは、該バンドル間の電気接触を避けるために、互いに所望距離を置いて配置されており、前記加熱部のうちの少なくとも2本の加熱部(11,11’,11”)は、複数の電気接続点(12)を形成しており、各バンドル(9,9’,9”,9’”)は少なくとも2本の加熱部(11,11’,11”)を含んでいることを特徴とする加熱要素。
- 各バンドル(9,9’,9”,9’”)は、少なくとも3本の加熱部(11,11’,11”)を含んでいることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の加熱要素。
- 少なくとも1本の加熱部(11,11’,11”)は、銅、カーボン粒子、カーボン繊維、炭化合成フィラメント、銀、金、ポリアミド及び/又はそれらの組合せから形成されており、1本の加熱部(11,11’,11”)は、1本又は数本のモノフィラメント製発熱導体、1層又は数層の絶縁層、及び/又は1個又は数個の機械的強化装置を含んでおり、該モノフィラメント製発熱導体、絶縁層、及び/又は機械的強化装置は、前記加熱部(11,11’,11”)が延びる方向に対して平行な、同心の、ジグザグ蛇行の及び/又はらせん状の形で整列されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の加熱要素。
- 少なくとも1本のバンドル(9,9’,9”,9’”)はテープ状細長片(20)を有しており、該細長片内で、前記加熱部(11,11’,11”)は互いに長手方向に整列されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のうちのいずれか1項に記載の加熱要素。
- 1本のバンドル(9,9’,9”,9’”)のうちの少なくとも2本の加熱部(11,11’,11”)は、それらのコースの少なくとも大部分において互いに離間して、前記バンドル(9,9’,9”,9’”)において整列され、また、少なくとも1本の加熱部(11)は、該加熱部(11)が電気伝導により互いに結合される複数の電気接続点(12)を少なくとも1本の他の加熱部(11’,11”)と共に形成するために、多数の曲り目もしくはキンクを有していて、前記複数の電気接続点(12)は、前記バンドル(9,9’,9”,9’”)及び/又は前記加熱部(11,11’,11”)の全長にわたり分散されているが、しかし前記加熱部(11,11’,11”)が延びる方向に関して少なくとも前後で1つの縫い目層(13)が前記バンドル(9,9’,9”,9’”)と交差/貫通していることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のうちのいずれか1項に記載の加熱要素。
- 前記バンドル(9,9’,9”,9’”)は、最大で2〜3本の加熱部(11,11’,11”)の全高を有している、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜5のうちのいずれか1項に記載の加熱要素。
- 少なくとも2本の加熱部(11,11’,11”)はそれらの構造及び/又はそれらの材料組成が互いに異なっている、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜6のうちのいずれか1項に記載の加熱要素。
- 前記加熱要素(1)は、繊維材料から形成された担体層(3)を有していること、少なくとも1本のバンドル(9,9’,9”,9’”)は、前記担体層(3)上に重ねられるか又は該担体層(3)と被覆層(2)との間に積層されていること、少なくとも1つの電極(5,5’)は、接着、縫い付け、編み込み、ステッチボンディング又は刺繍により前記担体層(3)に取り付けられていることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のうちのいずれか1項に記載の加熱要素。
- 前記加熱要素(1)は、前記被加熱基材表面(4)の領域において、縫い目層(13)により少なくとも部分的に仕上げ縫いされていること、該縫い目層(13)は、前記加熱部(11,11’,11”)の少なくとも1本のバンドル(9,9’,9”,9’”)と角度αで交差していること、前記縫い目層(13)の縫い目の貫入部位(18)は、開口サイズ(d)と互いの間隙(x)とを有すること、前記バンドル(9,9’,9”,9’”)は、その長手方向延長線に交差する幅(b)を前記被加熱基材表面(4)の平面内に有していること、前記バンドル(9,9’,9”,9’”)の少なくとも1本の加熱部(11,11’,11”)は、その長手方向延長線に交差する幅(f)を前記被加熱基材表面(4)の平面内に有していること、前記開口サイズ(d)は、前記バンドル(9,9’,9”,9’”)の前記幅(b)よりも小さいこと、そして前記貫入部位(18)同士の距離(x)は、前記加熱部(11,11’,11”)の前記幅(f)と少なくとも同じほど大きいことを特徴とする請求項1〜8のうちのいずれか1項に記載の加熱要素。
- 前記縫い目層(13)の縫い目の前記貫入部位(18)の前記開口サイズ(d)は、少なくとも1本の加熱部(11,11’,11”)の前記幅(f)だけ前記バンドル(9,9’,9”,9’”)の前記幅(b)よりも小さいこと、前記貫入部位(18)同士の距離(x)は、前記バンドル(9,9’,9”,9’”)の前記幅(b)と少なくとも同じほど大きいことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の加熱要素。
