Description
ブースタボディと入力ロッド間に介装されて車室内に配置されるリターンコイルスプリングの端部に防振部材が設けられていて、前記防振部材には、前記リターンコイルスプリングの端部と同端部を支持する支持部間に介在して前記リターンコイルスプリングの振動を抑制するシート部と、前記シート部に一体的に設けられていて前記リターンコイルスプリングの端部内周または端部外周に所定の径方向締め代をもって嵌合するガイド部が設けられているブレーキ倍力装置であって、
前記防振部材が、前記ブースタボディと前記入力ロッド間に装着されているブーツのブースタボディ側端部に一体的に設けられており、
前記ブーツのブースタボディ側端部を支持する支持部は円筒状に形成されていて、この支持部に支持されるガイド部では、円筒状基部の外周に3個以上の外周突起が周方向にて等間隔で設けられているとともに、円筒状基部の内周に3個以上の内周突起が周方向にて等間隔に設けられていて、
前記外周突起と前記内周突起はお互いに周方向の位置が重ならないように周方向位相差をもって配設されていることに特徴がある。
Claims (1)
- ブースタボディと入力ロッド間に介装されて車室内に配置されるリターンコイルスプリングの端部に防振部材が設けられていて、前記防振部材には、前記リターンコイルスプリングの端部と同端部を支持する支持部間に介在して前記リターンコイルスプリングの振動を抑制するシート部と、前記シート部に一体的に設けられていて前記リターンコイルスプリングの端部内周または端部外周に所定の径方向締め代をもって嵌合するガイド部が設けられているブレーキ倍力装置であって、
前記防振部材が、前記ブースタボディと前記入力ロッド間に装着されているブーツのブースタボディ側端部に一体的に設けられており、
前記ブーツのブースタボディ側端部を支持する支持部は円筒状に形成されていて、この支持部に支持されるガイド部では、円筒状基部の外周に3個以上の外周突起が周方向にて等間隔で設けられているとともに、円筒状基部の内周に3個以上の内周突起が周方向にて等間隔に設けられていて、
前記外周突起と前記内周突起はお互いに周方向の位置が重ならないように周方向位相差をもって配設されていることを特徴とするブレーキ倍力装置。
