Description
第2回転用モータ22b3が駆動すると、フレーム22c2すなわち第3アーム22cが第2回転軸22b2回りに上方向または下方向に回転する。
例えば、傾斜角θが+θ1であるときには、第1角度θaについては第1の補正量は+Δθa1であり、アーム長さLについては第1の補正量は−ΔLa1である。また、傾斜角θが−θ1であるときには、第1角度θaについては第1の補正量は−Δθa1であり、アーム長さLについては第1の補正量は+ΔLa1である。傾斜角θが所定角度毎に第1の補正量が記憶されている。なお、第2角度θbについても補正量を記憶するようにしてもよい。
これらの補正量は、各形態種において身長に応じて適切な形態となるように実機を使用した実験などで得たデータに基づいて予め設定されている。
なお、上述した各補正量は、マップとして記憶されているが、演算式として記憶されていてもよい。
Claims (5)
- 着座している被介助者を起立させるとともに、起立させた前記被介助者の移動を補助する移動補助ロボットであって、
少なくとも4つの車輪を備えた基台と、
前記基台に設けられ、駆動部用駆動源を備えた駆動部によって相対移動が可能であるロボットアーム部であって、前記被介助者の複数の移動姿勢にそれぞれ応じた複数の形態種に変形可能に構成されたロボットアーム部と、
前記ロボットアーム部の先端部に設けられ前記被介助者を支えることが可能である保持部と、
前記ロボットアーム部の先端部に設けられ前記被介助者の肘を載置可能である肘置き部と、
前記ロボットアーム部の先端部に設けられ前記被介助者が握ることが可能であるハンドルと、
前記複数の形態種のうち一の形態種を選択する選択操作部と、
前記駆動部を駆動させて、前記ロボットアーム部を前記選択操作部にて選択された形態種に変形する変形制御部と、
を備え、
前記複数の形態種は、前記被介助者がその肘を前記肘置き部に載せて押しながら歩行して移動する肘つき歩行補助用移動姿勢に応じた肘つき歩行補助形態種と、前記基台に設けられ起立状態の前記被介助者の足を乗せる足乗せ部に前記被介助者が立って搭乗した状態で移動する起立搭乗移動用移動姿勢に応じた起立搭乗移動形態種と、を少なくとも含んでおり、
前記選択操作部にて選択された形態種が前記肘つき歩行補助形態種である場合に、前記肘置き部は歩行している前記被介助者がその肘をつく高さに配置されるとともに、前記ハンドルが前記被介助者によって握られる位置にあり、
前記選択操作部にて選択された形態種が前記起立搭乗移動形態種である場合に、前記足乗せ部が前記少なくとも4つの車輪に囲まれた範囲に配置されていることを特徴とする移動補助ロボット。 - 前記肘置き部は、前記保持部の上面であり、
前記ハンドルは、前記保持部の上面より上方に配置されるとともに前記保持部の基端面より前記ロボットアーム側に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1の移動補助ロボット。 - 前記少なくとも4つの車輪は前記移動補助ロボットの前輪および後輪を構成し、前記前輪は前記被介助者の前方向に位置する車輪であり、前記後輪は前記被介助者の後方向に位置する車輪であり、
前記後輪の車輪間距離は、前記前輪の車輪間距離より広く設定されていることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2の移動補助ロボット。 - 前記各形態種において、前記移動補助ロボットが移動する床面の傾斜に応じて前記ロボットアーム部の形態をそれぞれ調整することを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項3のいずれか一項の移動補助ロボット。
- 前記各形態種において、前記被介助者の身長に合わせて前記ロボットアーム部の形態をそれぞれ調整することを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項4のいずれか一項の移動補助ロボット。
