Claims (13)
- 2つの対向する壁部と、これら2つの壁部を接続する少なくとも1つの補強要素と、を有する燃料タンクであって、前記補強要素が中空ピラーを含み、前記中空ピラーの端部における前記中空ピラーの断面の直径と、少なくとも1つの中間点における前記中空ピラーの断面の直径との間に少なくとも1.8の比を有しており、ピラーの両端には接続用のフランジが設けられており、前記接続用のフランジが前記燃料タンクの壁部の内面に取り付けられている、燃料タンク。
- プラスチック製の燃料タンクである、請求項1に記載の燃料タンク。
- 前記2つの対向する壁部はそれぞれ、前記燃料タンクが搭載され得る車両の下方に面して向けられた下壁部、および前記燃料タンクが搭載され得る車両の上方に面して向けられた上壁部である、請求項1または2に記載の燃料タンク。
- 減少した直径を持つ前記中間点は、前記ピラーの全長の90%を超えて延びてはおらず、前記ピラー内の最大応力の位置をカバーするように配置されている、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の燃料タンク。
- 前記中間点の領域内における断面の直径が一定ではない、請求項4に記載の燃料タンク。
- 前記ピラーはその断面の直径が一定でない2つの遷移部分を含み、第1の遷移部分は前記フランジの領域内にあり、第2の遷移部分は前記ピラーの略中心にある、請求項1に記載の燃料タンク。
- 前記ピラーは回転対称の軸と断面とを有し、前記軸を含む鉛直面において見られた場合に、前記断面が、ディアボロの形状、または2つの対向するパラボラであって一定の直径を持つ中央部分もしくは前記パラボラの頂点から前記部分の中心に向かって減少する直径を持つ中央部分により結合される形状を持つ部分を含む、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の燃料タンク。
- 前記ディアボロの中央部分の各側にあるパラボラ状の表面が、前記接続用のフランジまで伸びる筒状部分によって延長されており、前記フランジの直径と前記筒状部分の直径との間の比は少なくとも1.25であり、前記筒状部分の直径と中心部分の直径との間の比は少なくとも1.5である、請求項7に記載の燃料タンク。
- 前記ピラーは2つの異なる材料から構成され、異なる材料から作られた2つの部品がオーバーモールドされている、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の燃料タンク。
- 前記ピラーはその断面の直径が一定でない2つの遷移部分を含み、第1の遷移部分は前記オーバーモールドの領域内にあり、第2の遷移部分は前記ピラーの略中心にある、請求項9に記載の燃料タンク。
- 前記中空ピラーは中空ピラーの形状を有する1つの外部壁によって境界が定められる内部容積を有する、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の燃料タンク。
- 前記中空ピラーは、材料の複数のリブの間に内部容積を有し、外部エンベロープが中空ピラーの形状を有する、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の燃料タンク。
- 前記中空ピラーの両端が前記2つの壁部に溶接されている請求項1に記載の燃料タンク。
