Description
Claims (10)
- ポンプと、前記ポンプを用いて排液可能な能動気液分離器(LVS)とを含む燃料タンク用の換気システムであって、常時開のロールオーバー弁(ROV)は、デフォルトで前記LVSの内部容積を前記ポンプと連通させ、前記弁における燃料のレベルがある一定の高さに達した場合、または、前記タンクがある一定の角度を超えて傾いたか、さらに転倒した場合だけ、この連通を遮断する換気システム。
- 前記LVSは、燃料蒸気を蛇行路にかけることができる少なくとも1つの付属品を装備した内部容積を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の換気システム。
- 前記排液ポンプはジェットポンプであることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の換気システム。
- 前記LVSを前記排液ポンプに接続する排液管路を含み、前記ROVは、前記LVSの底に、または前記LVSと前記排液管路との間に、または前記排液管路の垂直部に設置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の換気システム。
- 前記LVSをカバーで密封する前に前記ROVは前記LVSに挿入されていることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の換気システム。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の換気システムを装備した燃料タンク。
- プラスチックパリソンを成形することによって請求項6に記載のタンクを製造する方法であって、成形作業中に前記LVSを前記タンクに固着する方法。
- 前記パリソンの材料に適合する材料からなる少なくとも1つのクリップを前記LVSに装備し、前記クリップを前記パリソンに溶接することによって前記LVSを前記パリソンに固着する、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記LVSを別の付属品に装着し、前記付属品に予め装備されている前記パリソンの材料に適合する材料からなるクリップを溶接することによって前記組立品を前記タンクの内側に固着する、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記タンクは少なくとも2つのポケットを含み、これらのポケットの各々にLVSを装備する、請求項7〜9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
