(平均一次粒子径)
試料を市販の走査電子顕微鏡(装置名:JSM−6390LV、日本電子株式会社製)を用いて観察し、150個の一次粒子の平均径より求めた。
(凝集粒子径、D90、D50)
試料を水に分散させ、さらに超音波で2分分散した。その後、市販の光散乱式粒子径分布測定器(日機装株式会社 MICROTRAC HRA MODEL:9320−X100)を用いて、凝集粒子径、D90及びD50を測定した。
純水、水酸化ナトリウム水溶液、ケイ酸ソーダ水溶液及びアルミン酸ソーダ水溶液を下記のモル組成となるように混合し、混合物を得た。
OH/SiO2=3.0
H2O/Al2O3=85
純水、水酸化ナトリウム水溶液、ケイ酸ソーダ水溶液及びアルミン酸ソーダ水溶液を下記のモル組成となるように混合し、混合物を得た。
OH/SiO2=5.4
H2O/Al2O3=120
純水、水酸化ナトリウム水溶液、ケイ酸ソーダ水溶液、アルミン酸ソーダ水溶液を下記の組成となるように混合し、アルミノシリケートゲルを含む混合物を得た。
Na2O/Al2O3=5.5
H2O/Al2O3=110
市販のNa型のA型ゼオライト粉末(合成ゼオライト A−4,powder (和光純薬工業株式会社製))は平均一次粒子径が5.2μm、径D50が10.2μm、及び、90%粒子径D90は44.9μmであった。
Claims (3)
- 平均一次粒子径が0.2μm以上、3.0μm以下であり、凝集粒子径が平均一次粒子径の5倍以下で、凝集粒子径が、体積分布で90%の粒子径であり、体積分布で50%の粒子径が平均一次粒子径の2倍以下であり、さらに、体積分布で90%の粒子径は、体積分布で50%の粒子径の2倍以下であることを特徴とするA型ゼオライト粉末。
- A型ゼオライトが、リチウム又はナトリウムの少なくともいずれかイオン型であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のA型ゼオライト粉末。
- ケイ素、アルミニウム及びアルカリを含む混合物を結晶化させる結晶化工程を含む請求項1又は2に記載のA型ゼオライト粉末の製造方法であって、該混合物のケイ素とアルカリとがモル比で2.5≦OH/Si≦10.0であり、結晶化工程の後に解砕工程を有し、当該解砕工程において、解砕をジェットミルを使用して乾式で行うことを特徴とする製造方法。
