Description
Claims (8)
- 開口を有する本体と、前記開口を開閉するフラップと、前記本体と前記フラップとの間に設けられ、前記フラップを開方向に付勢する捩じりコイルばねとを有する常開型のフラップ弁装置であって、
前記本体に設けられた本体側軸受と、
前記フラップに設けられたフラップ側軸受と、
前記本体側軸受、前記フラップ側軸受、及び前記捩じりコイルばねのコイル部を共に貫通し、前記フラップの回動軸となるヒンジ軸部、及び前記ヒンジ軸部の一端から前記フラップの外面部に延びる延長部を有する結合部材と、
前記本体に設けられ、前記捩じりコイルばねの一端を係止するばね係止部とを有し、
前記捩じりコイルばねの他端が前記延長部に係止され、前記延長部が前記フラップの前記外面部に係止されることを特徴とするフラップ弁装置。 - 前記フラップの前記外面部に係止され、前記フラップを閉方向に回動させる荷重を受ける受け部材を更に有し、
前記受け部材は、前記延長部を前記フラップの前記外面部に係止することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のフラップ弁装置。 - 前記フラップの前記外面部に設けられて前記延長部を係止し、前記ヒンジ軸部の軸線方向への前記延長部の前記フラップに対する相対移動を規制する一方、前記ヒンジ軸部を中心とした前記延長部の前記フラップに対する相対回動を許容する第1係止部を更に有し、
前記受け部材が、前記フラップに係止された状態で、前記ヒンジ軸部を中心とした回動方向において前記延長部を係止し、前記延長部が前記ヒンジ軸部を中心とした回動方向において前記捩じりコイルばねの前記他端を係止することを特徴とする請求項2に記載のフラップ弁装置。 - 前記フラップの前記外面部には、貫通孔が形成され、
前記受け部材は、前記貫通孔を貫通し、前記貫通孔から突出した先端部において、前記延長部を係止し、前記先端部に前記貫通孔の縁部に係止される係止爪を有することを特徴とする請求項2又は請求項3に記載のフラップ弁装置。 - 前記フラップの前記外面部には、前記捩じりコイルばねの前記他端を係止し、前記ヒンジ軸部の軸線方向への前記捩じりコイルばねの前記他端の前記フラップに対する相対移動を規制する一方、前記ヒンジ軸部を中心とした前記捩じりコイルばねの前記他端の前記フラップに対する相対回動を許容する第2係止部が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項4のいずれか1つの項に記載のフラップ弁装置。
- 前記フラップは、閉位置において前記フラップと前記本体との間をシールするシール部材を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項5のいずれか1つの項に記載のフラップ弁装置。
- 請求項1〜請求項6のいずれか1つの項に記載のフラップ弁装置を備えた気液分離装置であって、
前記フラップ弁装置は、分離した液体の排出口をなすことを特徴とする気液分離装置。 - 前記本体は、上下に延び、上端が閉じられ、下端が前記開口を形成する管であり、
前記本体の内部は、隔壁によってそれぞれ上下に延びる第1通路及び第2通路に分割され、前記第1通路の上端部には流体が流入する入口部が形成され、前記第2通路の上端部には流体が排出される出口部が形成され、
前記フラップは、前記本体の下端に設けられ、前記開口を開閉し、
前記本体の下端は、車両の燃料タンクと給油口とを接続するフィラーパイプ内に突入し、
前記入口部は、前記燃料タンクとキャニスタとを接続する燃料蒸気通路の前記燃料タンク側に接続され、
前記出口部は、前記燃料蒸気通路の前記キャニスタ側に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の気液分離装置。
