Description
以下に、本発明の第二実施形態について説明する。当該実施形態において上記実施形態の構成要素に相当するものについては同じ符号を付すとともに、その詳細な説明を省略するものとする。上記の第一実施形態に係る塗布製品は、図1〜図21に示すように、チューブ9に収容された接着剤Bを収容部2に収容させることにより容器本体1を構成した態様を開示したが勿論、本発明は上記実施形態の態様に限定されることはない。すなわち本発明に係る塗布製品は部品点数をさらに削減すべく、以下の構成を備えたものである。なお同実施形態及び以下の各変形例では接着剤Bの図示を省略する。
以下に、本第二実施形態の各変形例について説明する。これら各変形例について、上記各実施形態の構成要素に相当するものについては同じ符号を付すとともに、その詳細な説明を省略する。
また、上記第二実施形態及び変形例1では押圧面76、被押圧面656によってキャップ7を回転させればねじ込みノズル600と共にチューブ9に対して回転し、塗布製品が使用可能な状態となる態様を示したが勿論、かかる構成に限定されない。つまり、終了位置からキャップ7をさらに回転させてもねじ込みノズル600の抽出管663が必要以上にチューブ9の内部に挿入され得ない構成としてもよい。
上記変形例2は、図33及び図34に示すように、チューブ9のねじ止め部92に逆ねじ面92bを形成することによりねじ込みノズル600の抽出管663が必要以上にチューブ9の内部に挿入され得ない構成としたが勿論、一般的に汎用される順ねじ面92aを有するチューブ9を利用しながらも、ねじ込みノズル600の抽出管663が必要以上にチューブ9の内部に挿入され得ない構成とすることは可能である。

Claims (10)
- 特定の波長を有する紫外光が照射されると発色し自然条件下の光が照射されると無色となるフォトクロミック化合物が添加されることにより自然条件下の光が照射されると発色状態から消色状態となる塗布物と、
発色状態にある前記塗布物を可視光から遮光された状態で収容した容器本体と、
この容器本体から突設され塗布対象に対し前記塗布物を塗布する先端部及びこの先端部へ向けて前記容器本体から前記塗布物を案内し且つ少なくとも前記先端部を含む一部が前記塗布物を外方から視認し得るように透明又は半透明に構成した可視通路を有した可視ノズルと、
前記可視通路内の前記塗布物を可視光から遮光した状態で前記容器本体又は前記可視ノズルに装着される遮光キャップとを具備することを特徴とする塗布製品。 - 前記フォトクロミック化合物が、ジアリールエテン系のフォトクロミック化合物である請求項1記載の塗布製品。
- 前記塗布物が、前記フォトクロミック化合物を当該フォトクロミック化合物が添加される添加対象物に対し0.005〜5.0重量%添加されたものである請求項1又は2記載の塗布製品。
- 前記可視ノズルが、半透明の樹脂により一体に形成されている請求項1、2又は3記載の塗布製品。
- 前記先端部が薄肉に形成されている請求項4記載の塗布製品。
- 前記先端部が長手方向に対し傾斜方向に面する先端面を有している請求項1、2、3、4又は5記載の塗布製品。
- 前記塗布物が液状をなす接着剤である請求項1、2、3、4、5又は6記載の塗布製品。
- 前記接着剤がシアノアクリレートを含むものである請求項7記載の塗布製品。
- 前記塗布物が、紫外線吸収剤を含むものである請求項1、2、3、4、5、6、7又は8記載の塗布製品。
- 前記塗布物が、前記発色状態で赤色を呈している請求項1、2、3、4、5、6、7、8又は9記載の塗布製品。
