Claims (2)
- 電解質膜の両側に電極を設けた電解質膜・電極構造体の外周部に、樹脂枠部材を接合するための枠形状を有するホットメルト接着剤の製造方法であって、
シャッタにより開閉自在な枠形状スリットを有する型装置を用意し、前記シャッタを開放させて前記枠形状スリットから液状のホットメルト接着剤材料を押し出すことにより、枠形状部材を成形する工程と、
成形された前記枠形状部材を乾燥させる工程と、
を有することを特徴とするホットメルト接着剤の製造方法。 - 請求項1記載の製造方法において、乾燥された前記枠形状部材の内周部及び外周部をトリミングする工程を有することを特徴とするホットメルト接着剤の製造方法。
