Claims (14)
- 包装機械に装着されて電源部から電源が印加されると熱を発生させて包装紙を食品容器に熱溶着して食品容器をヒートシールする包装機械用ヒーターの構造において、
前記ヒーターは、
電源が印加されると熱を発生させて前記包装紙を食品容器に中空閉曲線状に熱溶着させる加熱部と、
前記加熱部を前記電源部に連結する連結部とを含んで、前記加熱部は上面または下面が前記包装紙に接して加熱されることにより、前記包装紙を食品容器に熱溶着させると共に、
前記加熱部の上面または下面が外部に露出されるように結合され、難燃材質から成るヒーター支持部材と、
外部に露出された前記加熱部を覆いながら前記ヒーター支持部材に接着される難燃テープとを含み、前記連結部は、前記ヒーター支持部材を貫通して前記電源部に連結される構成において、
前記ヒーター支持部材の他面に結合されて前記ヒーター支持部材を包装機械に連結して固定結合させる固定支持部材をさらに含んで成り、
前記連結部は、前記加熱部と同一な材質から成り、電源が印加されると外部に熱を発生させ、
前記ヒーター支持部材の他面には、前記固定支持部材を貫通する加熱防止突起が突出形成され、
前記連結部は、前記加熱防止突起を貫通して、前記連結部が前記加熱防止突起により前記固定支持部材に接するのが遮断されることを特徴とする包装機械用ヒーターの構造。 - 前記加熱部は、広い面を持つ上下面の幅が厚さよりも大きい形状から成り、広い面を持つ上下面を厚さ方向を中心にして水平方向に撓んで中空閉曲線状に形成し、
前記加熱部は広い面を持つ上面または下面が前記包装紙に接して加熱することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の包装機械用ヒーターの構造。 - 前記加熱部は、断面が円形または多角形から成ることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の包装機械用ヒーターの構造。
- 前記加熱部は、一つ以上の帯状から成り、一端と他端が相互接して中空閉曲線を形成し、
相互接触する前記加熱部の一端と他端の接触部位で前記包装紙に接する面の高低は同一であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の包装機械用ヒーターの構造。 - 前記連結部は、
前記接触部位の上部または下部で前記加熱部の一端と他端に結合される結合部と、
前記結合部から前記加熱部の反対方向に折り曲げられて前記電源部に連結される折曲部から成り、
前記加熱部の一端と他端は、前記結合部に固定結合されながら相互接触されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の包装機械用ヒーターの構造。 - 前記連結部の一端は、前記加熱部の一端から一体に連結されて延長形成され、
前記連結部は、一体に連結された前記加熱部の一端から折り曲げられて前記加熱部の上部または下部に配置されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の包装機械用ヒーターの構造。 - 前記加熱部は一体から成り、前記包装紙と接する面の高低が同一な中空閉曲線を形成し、
前記連結部は、前記加熱部と一体に形成されて折り曲げられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の包装機械用ヒーターの構造。 - 前記加熱部の上面または下面が外部に露出されるように結合され、難燃材質から成るヒーター支持部材と、
外部に露出された前記加熱部を覆いながら前記ヒーター支持部材に接着される難燃テープをさらに含んで成り、
前記折曲部は、前記ヒーター支持部材を貫通して前記電源部に連結され、
前記ヒーター支持部材の一面には、前記結合部が挿入配置される定着溝が形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の包装機械用ヒーターの構造。 - 前記ヒーターは、自体の抵抗値によって加熱される材料から成ることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の包装機械用ヒーターの構造。
- 前記加熱部は、帯状の第1加熱部と第2加熱部が結合されて中空閉曲線状を成し、
前記連結部は、前記第1加熱部に一体に連結された第1連結部と、前記第2加熱部に一体に連結された第2連結部から成り、
前記ヒーターは、
前記第1加熱部と、第1連結部から成る第1ヒーター部と、
前記第2加熱部と第2連結部から成る第2ヒーター部から成ることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の包装機械用ヒーターの構造。 - 前記ヒーターは、前記第1連結部と第2連結部との間に配置されて前記第1連結部と第2連結部が相互接して過熱されることを防止する絶縁部材をさらに含んで成ることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の包装機械用ヒーターの構造。
- 前記第1加熱部と第2加熱部は、その長さ及び形状が同一であることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の包装機械用ヒーターの構造。
- 前記ヒーターは、折り曲げられた一つの帯状に形成された加熱部と、
前記加熱部の一端に連結された第1連結部と、前記加熱部の他端に連結された第2連結部で構成された連結部と、
前記第1連結部と第2連結部との間に配置された絶縁部材を含んで成り、
前記第1連結部と第2連結部は、前記絶縁部材により相互非接触され、
前記ヒーターは、前記加熱部及び絶縁部材により中空閉曲線状を形成し、
前記絶縁部材の下部に位置した前記包装紙は、前記加熱部で発生した熱によって加熱されることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の包装機械用ヒーターの構造。 - 前記加熱部は、
包装紙の一部を食品容器に熱溶着させる第1加熱部と、
前記第1加熱部と同一な水平面上に配置されて、前記包装紙の残りを食品容器に熱溶着させる第2加熱部から成り、
前記連結部は、
前記第1加熱部に一体に連結された第1連結部と、前記第2加熱部に一体に連結された第2連結部から成り、
前記第1加熱部と第2加熱部は相互離隔されており、
前記第1加熱部と第2加熱部が離隔された位置で前記包装紙は前記加熱部と連結部の折曲部位で発生した輻射熱により前記食品容器に熱溶着されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の包装機械用ヒーターの構造。
