Claims (5)
- ロボットの周囲に設定された監視領域に人が侵入していることを検出する侵入検知器と、
側面および上面を有し、ロボットを支持する設置台と、
前記設置台の側面を明るくする発光装置と、
侵入検知器が出力する信号を受信し、発光装置を制御する制御装置とを備え、
前記設置台の上面は、ワークに対して作業を行う作業面であり、
制御装置は、前記監視領域への人の侵入を検出した場合に発光装置を発光させることを特徴とする、ロボットシステム。 - 発光装置は、前記監視領域への人の侵入を検出した場合に点滅する、請求項1に記載のロボットシステム。
- 前記監視領域は、人が侵入するとロボットの動作を停止させる停止領域と、人が侵入するとロボットの動作速度を低速に制限する速度制限領域とを含み、
侵入検知器は、停止領域への人の侵入および速度制限領域への人の侵入を個別に検出可能に形成されており、
制御装置は、発光装置が発光する色を制御する発光制御部を含み、
発光制御部は、停止領域に人が侵入した場合、速度制限領域に人が侵入した場合、または、停止領域および速度制限領域の両方の領域に人が侵入していない場合に応じて、発光装置が発光する色を変化させる制御および消灯する制御のうち少なくとも一方を実施する、請求項1または2に記載のロボットシステム。 - 前記監視領域は、人が侵入するとロボットの動作を停止させる停止領域と、人が侵入するとロボットの動作速度を低速に制限する速度制限領域とを含み、
侵入検知器は、停止領域への人の侵入および速度制限領域への人の侵入を個別に検出可能に形成されており、
制御装置は、発光装置の点滅の時間間隔を制御する発光制御部を含み、
発光制御部は、停止領域に人が侵入した場合、速度制限領域に人が侵入した場合、または、停止領域および速度制限領域の両方の領域に人が侵入していない場合に応じて、発光装置の点滅の有無および点滅の時間間隔のうち少なくとも一方を制御する、請求項1または2に記載のロボットシステム。 - 前記設置台を移動させる移動装置を備え、
前記監視領域は、前記設置台の移動と共に移動し、
侵入検知器は、前記設置台に固定されて前記設置台と共に移動し、前記設置台が移動した位置にて設定される前記監視領域に人が侵入していることを検出可能に形成されている、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のロボットシステム。
