Description
Claims (7)
- 先端に鋭利な針先(17)を有する内針(16)と、
前記内針(16)の基端部に接続された内針ハブ(18)と、
前記内針(16)が挿通されるカテーテル(12)と、
前記カテーテル(12)の基端部に接続されたカテーテルハブ(14)と、
前記内針(16)の抜去時に前記内針(16)の少なくとも前記針先(17)を覆うプロテクタ(20)と、を備え、
前記プロテクタ(20)は、
前記カテーテルハブ(14)の基端に外側から解除可能に係合するアーム(46)を含む内筒(42)と、
内側に前記内筒(42)が配置され、且つ前記内筒(42)に対して軸線方向に相対変位可能な外筒(62)と、を有し、
前記外筒(62)は、前記アーム(46)を収容可能なアーム収容部(80)を有し、
前記アーム(46)が前記アーム収容部(80)内に配置された状態では、前記アーム(46)は前記アーム収容部(80)によって外側方向への変位が規制され、
前記内針(16)の抜去操作において、前記内針(16)の前記針先(17)が前記プロテクタ(20)に収容された後に前記外筒(62)が前記内筒(42)に対して後退移動すると、前記アーム(46)が前記アーム収容部(80)から突出することに伴い、前記アーム(46)が弾性復元力によって外側方向に変位することで前記アーム(46)と前記カテーテルハブ(14)との係合が解除される、
ことを特徴とするカテーテル組立体(10)。 - 請求項1記載のカテーテル組立体(10)において、
前記内筒(42)は、中空状の内筒本体(44)と、前記内筒本体(44)の外側に一体的に設けられた前記アーム(46)とを有する、
ことを特徴とするカテーテル組立体(10)。 - 先端に鋭利な針先(17)を有する内針(16)と、
前記内針(16)の基端部に接続された内針ハブ(18)と、
前記内針(16)が挿通されるカテーテル(12)と、
前記カテーテル(12)の基端部に接続されたカテーテルハブ(14)と、
前記内針(16)の抜去時に前記内針(16)の少なくとも前記針先(17)を覆うプロテクタ(20)と、を備え、
前記プロテクタ(20)は、
前記カテーテルハブ(14)の基端に外側から解除可能に係合するアーム(46)を含む内筒(42)と、
内側に前記内筒(42)が配置され、且つ前記内筒(42)に対して軸線方向に相対変位可能な外筒(62)と、を有し、
前記内針(16)の抜去操作において、前記内針(16)の前記針先(17)が前記プロテクタ(20)に収容された後に前記外筒(62)が前記内筒(42)に対して後退移動すると、前記アーム(46)が外側方向に変位することで前記アーム(46)と前記カテーテルハブ(14)との係合が解除され、
前記内筒(42)は、軸線方向に延在し前記内針(16)が挿通される挿通孔(55)と、前記挿通孔(55)に臨むように配置され前記外筒(62)に対して解除可能に係合するストッパ(66)とを有し、
前記内針(16)の前記針先(17)が前記ストッパ(66)よりも先端側に位置する状態では、前記ストッパ(66)は前記内針(16)に押圧され、前記外筒(62)に係合することで、前記外筒(62)が前記内筒(42)に対して後退することが阻止され、
前記内針(16)の前記針先(17)が前記ストッパ(66)よりも基端側に移動したとき、前記ストッパ(66)が内側方向に変位して前記外筒(62)との係合が解除されることで、前記外筒(62)が前記内筒(42)に対して後退移動可能となる、
ことを特徴とするカテーテル組立体(10)。 - 先端に鋭利な針先(17)を有する内針(16)と、
前記内針(16)の基端部に接続された内針ハブ(18)と、
前記内針(16)が挿通されるカテーテル(12)と、
前記カテーテル(12)の基端部に接続されたカテーテルハブ(14)と、
前記内針(16)の抜去時に前記内針(16)の少なくとも前記針先(17)を覆うプロテクタ(20)と、を備え、
前記プロテクタ(20)は、
前記カテーテルハブ(14)の基端に外側から解除可能に係合するアーム(46)を含む内筒(42)と、
内側に前記内筒(42)が配置され、且つ前記内筒(42)に対して軸線方向に相対変位可能な外筒(62)と、を有し、
前記内針(16)の抜去操作において、前記内針(16)の前記針先(17)が前記プロテクタ(20)に収容された後に前記外筒(62)が前記内筒(42)に対して後退移動すると、前記アーム(46)が外側方向に変位することで前記アーム(46)と前記カテーテルハブ(14)との係合が解除され、
前記プロテクタ(20)は、前記内筒(42)を前記外筒(62)に対して所定位置に位置決め可能な位置決め手段(102)を有し、
前記内筒(42)が前記外筒(62)に対して前記所定位置に位置決めされた状態で、前記アーム(46)は外側方向に変位した状態が保持される、
ことを特徴とするカテーテル組立体(10)。 - 請求項4記載のカテーテル組立体(10)において、
前記位置決め手段(102)は、
前記内筒(42)の外周部に軸線方向に離間して設けられた第1突起部(56)及び第2突起部(58)と、
前記外筒(62)に設けられ、前記第1突起部(56)及び前記第2突起部(58)に係合可能な係合部(92)と、を有し、
前記第1突起部(56)と前記第2突起部(58)との間に前記係合部(92)が配置されることで、前記内筒(42)が前記外筒(62)に対して前記所定位置に位置決めされる、
ことを特徴とするカテーテル組立体(10)。 - 請求項5記載のカテーテル組立体(10)において、
前記第1突起部(56)は、前記第2突起部(58)よりも先端側に設けられ、
前記内針(16)の抜去操作に伴い前記外筒(62)が前記内筒(42)に対して後退移動した際に、前記第1突起部(56)と前記係合部(92)とが当接することで、前記外筒(62)の前記内筒(42)に対するそれ以上の移動が制限される、
ことを特徴とするカテーテル組立体(10)。 - 請求項6記載のカテーテル組立体(10)において、
前記第2突起部(58)の突出高さは、前記第1突起部(56)の突出高さよりも低い、
ことを特徴とするカテーテル組立体(10)。
