- 有底筒状で、上方開口部の外方にフランジ部を有し、前記上方開口部の内径が、最大内径よりも小である内釜を用いた炊飯器において、
前記内釜を加熱する加熱手段と、前記加熱手段を制御する制御手段と、収納する本体と、前記内釜の上方開口部をシールするシール部材と、前記内釜の上方開口部を覆う蓋体とを備え、
前記内釜は、内面から前記フランジ部にかけてコーティング層を形成し、前記フランジ部の外側および前記シール部材でシールされる領域の外方には、前記コーティング層を形成しないことを特徴とする炊飯器。 - 有底筒状で、上方開口部の外方にフランジ部を有し、前記上方開口部の内径が、最大内径よりも小である内釜を用いた炊飯器において、

前記内釜は、内面から前記フランジ部にかけて第1のコーティング層を形成し、前記フランジ部の所定位置で前記第1のコーティング層を終結させ、
前記フランジ部の所定位置よりも外側および前記シール部材でシールされる領域の外方で、前記第1のコーティング層とは異なる第2のコーティング層を形成したことを特徴とする炊飯器。
