Claims (4)
- 印刷画像受け面と、
湿し水が前記印刷画像受け面の上に塗布されるように配置された湿し水塗布サブシステムと、
前記印刷画像受け面の上の前記湿し水に、前記湿し水の複数の個別の領域と、基板に印刷される画像の部分に対応する間隙によって分離された前記湿し水の隣接領域と、を備えるパターンを形成するように配置されたパターン化サブシステムと、
前記印刷画像受け面における前記間隙に優先的にインクを塗布するインカ―サブシステムと、
前記印刷画像受け面に塗布された前記湿し水が、前記印刷画像受け面から取り除かれるように配置された湿し水抽出サブシステムと、
塗布される交換液が、前記湿し水抽出サブシステムにより取り除かれる前に前記湿し水が元々占有していた前記印刷画像受け面上の領域に、優先的に、前記間隙に塗布された前記インクの領域を湿潤させずに、塗布されるように配置された交換液塗布サブシステムと、
前記印刷画像受け面の上の前記インクを前記基板に転移する印刷画像転移サブシステムと、
前記印刷画像転移サブシステムにより前記印刷画像受け面の上の前記インクが前記基板に転移された後において前記印刷画像受け面の上に残る前記インク及び前記交換液を取り除くクリーニングサブシステムと、
を含む、可変データ印刷システム。 - 前記湿し水抽出サブシステムと連絡接続し、前記湿し水抽出サブシステムにより取り除かれた前記湿し水を受け、格納する容器をさらに含む請求項1に記載の可変データ印刷システム。
- 前記湿し水抽出サブシステムと連絡接続し、前記湿し水抽出サブシステムにより取り除かれた前記湿し水を処理して、前記湿し水塗布サブシステムが前記処理された前記湿し水を前記印刷画像受け面に塗布出来るようにするリサイクリング装置をさらに含む請求項1に記載の可変データ印刷システム。
- 前記リサイクリング装置は、前記リサイクリング装置により処理された前記湿し水が前記印刷画像受け面に塗布されるように、前記湿し水塗布サブシステムと連絡接続する請求項3に記載の可変データ印刷システム。
