Claims (5)
- 内燃機関及び電動機を動力源として備え、
駆動輪にトルクを伝達するための出力部に前記内燃機関の回転速度を変速して伝達可能な動力伝達機構の変速モードを無段変速比モードと固定変速比モードとに切り替え可能なハイブリッド車両に適用され、
前記車両への要求パワーと車速とに基づいて前記変速モードを切り替える制御手段を備えた制御装置において、
前記要求パワー及び前記車速の少なくともいずれか一方と前記車両が走行している路面の斜度とに基づいて前記制御手段による前記変速モードの切り替えを禁止するか否か判定し、禁止すると判定した場合には前記変速モードを前記無段変速比モード又は前記固定変速比モードに維持する制御禁止手段をさらに備えている制御装置。 - 前記車速及び前記斜度にて定義される領域に、前記変速モードの切り替えを許可する制御許可領域と、前記変速モードを前記固定変速比モードに維持するロック継続領域と、前記変速モードを前記無段変速比モードに維持するロック禁止領域とが互いに重ならないように設定されたマップを記憶する記憶手段をさらに備え、
前記制御禁止手段は、前記マップに基づいて前記変速モードの切り替えを禁止するか否か判定し、

前記ロック継続領域は、前記境界線のうちの前記要求パワーの下限ラインと前記動作ラインとが交差する動作点を基準とした所定の要求パワー範囲の最大値及び最小値に基づいて設定されている請求項1に記載の制御装置。 - 前記要求パワー及び前記斜度にて定義される領域に、前記変速モードの切り替えを許可する制御許可領域と、前記変速モードを前記固定変速比モードに維持するロック継続領域と、前記変速モードを前記無段変速比モードに維持するロック禁止領域とが互いに重ならないように設定されたマップを記憶する記憶手段をさらに備え、
前記制御禁止手段は、前記マップに基づいて前記変速モードの切り替えを禁止するか否か判定し、
前記ロック禁止領域は、前記制御許可領域よりも前記要求パワーが大きい領域を含むように設定され、
前記ロック継続領域は、前記制御許可領域よりも前記要求パワーが小さい領域を含むように設定されている請求項1に記載の制御装置。
