Description
図1は走行用の電動モータを備えた車両10を示している。この車両10は、車体11の後部に配置された走行用の電動モータ12および充電装置13と、車両10の下部に配置されたバッテリユニット14と、後述するアンダーカバー20などを備えている。車両10の一例は電気自動車であるが、電動モータと内燃機関を備えたハイブリッド車であってもよい。バッテリユニット14は車体11の床下に搭載されている。
Claims (3)
- 車両下部に搭載されるバッテリユニットの下方に配置されるアンダーカバーであって、
前記バッテリユニットの底面と対向する樹脂製のアンダーカバー本体と、
織り込まれた導電性繊維からなり前記アンダーカバー本体の厚さ方向に重なった状態において該アンダーカバー本体の樹脂に接着している導電性織布と、
前記導電性織布の上面に積層されたラミネート樹脂層とを具備し、
前記導電性織布を間に挟んだ状態において前記アンダーカバー本体の前記樹脂が前記導電性織布から染み出し前記ラミネート樹脂層と一体化したことを特徴とするアンダーカバー。 - 前記アンダーカバー本体の周縁に上方に突出する凸縁を有し、前記導電性織布が前記凸縁に囲まれた領域にわたって配置されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のアンダーカバー。
- 前記アンダーカバー本体と前記導電性織布とを厚さ方向に貫通する金属製のボルトを有し、前記ボルトは、前記導電性織布に接触した状態で前記アンダーカバーを車体の金属製フレーム部材に固定したことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のアンダーカバー。
