Description
まず、図1及び図2を参照して、本発明の実施形態に係る車両1の概略について説明する。図1は、本実施形態に係る車両1の駆動系の概略構成の一例を示す模式図である。図2は、本実施形態に係る車両1における電池パック10の位置の一例を示す模式図である。
続いて、図3〜図6を参照して、本実施形態に係る電池パック10の構成について説明する。
続いて、図7〜図9を参照して、変形例に係る電池パック20について説明する。変形例に係る電池パック20では、図3〜図6を参照して説明した本実施形態に係る電池パック10と比較して、主に板状部材の構成が異なる。ゆえに、以下では、変形例に係る板状部材280について、主に説明する。
以上説明したように、本実施形態によれば、筐体110の側方の一側から他側へ筐体110の下面に沿って延在する複数の取り付け部材120の下面に板状部材180が接続され、電池パック10の下部には、二重底部190が板状部材180及び筐体110の底面部116によって形成される。それにより、車両1の下部が当該車両1の外部の物体と衝突した場合に、板状部材180へ比較的大きな荷重が局所的に入力された場合であっても、底面部116へ比較的大きな荷重が局所的に入力されることを防止することができる。また、板状部材180が変形することによって、衝撃を吸収することができるので、底面部116へ伝達される荷重を低減させることができる。また、車両1の外部の物体が板状部材180を貫通した場合であっても、当該物体が筐体110の底面部116を貫通することを防止することができる。

Claims (6)
- 電池モジュールと、
前記電池モジュールを収容する筐体と、
前記筐体に接続され、車体に対して取り付け可能な複数の取り付け部材と、
を備える電池パックであって、
前記筐体は車両の床下に位置し、
前記複数の取り付け部材の各々は、前記筐体の側方の一側から他側へ前記筐体の下面に沿って延在し、
前記複数の取り付け部材の下面には、板状部材が接続され、
前記電池パックの下部には、二重底部が前記板状部材及び前記筐体の底面部によって形成され、
前記板状部材は、前記車両の下部を前記車両の外部から離隔するアンダーカバーより内側に位置する、
電池パック。 - 前記板状部材は、金属材料によって形成され、前記アンダーカバーと比較して高剛性であり、
前記複数の取り付け部材は、前記車体の構造部材に対して取り付けられ、
当該複数の取り付け部材の下面に前記板状部材の上面が接続される、
請求項1に記載の電池パック。 - 前記板状部材は、前記筐体の下面の全域を覆うように設けられる、請求項1又は2に記載の電池パック。
- 前記板状部材及び前記筐体の下面の互いに対向する面の寸法は、略一致する、請求項3に記載の電池パック。
- 前記板状部材は、前記筐体の側面部と全周に渡って接合され、
前記二重底部の内部には、閉空間が形成される、
請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の電池パック。 - 前記二重底部の内部には、断熱部材が設けられる、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の電池パック。
