Description
材料。天然ナトリウムモンモリロナイト(MMT)(Southern Clay Products,Inc.の登録商標であるCLOISITE(登録商標)NA+)粘土を、そのままで使用した。個々のMMT小板は、脱イオン水中の負の表面電荷、2.86g/cm3の報告密度、1nmの厚さおよび200以上の公称アスペクト比(l/d)を有していた。分枝ポリエチレンイミン(PEI)(Mw=25000g/molおよびMn=10000g/mol)、ポリエチレンオキシド(PEO)(Mw=4000000g/mol)およびポリアクリル酸(PAA)(水中35重量%、Mw=100000g/mol)をSigma−Aldrich(Milwaukee、WI)から購入し、そのままで使用した。500μm厚さの片面研磨シリコンウエハをUniversity Wafer(South Boston、MA)から購入し、偏光解析法を通した膜成長特性評価のための反射基板として使用した。
Claims (20)
- (A)エラストマー基板をカチオン性溶液に暴露して前記エラストマー基板上にカチオン層を製造するステップと;
(B)前記カチオン層をアニオン性溶液に暴露して前記カチオン層上にアニオン層を製造するステップと
を含む、エラストマー基板上に物質拡散バリアを製造する方法であって、
前記カチオン性溶液はカチオン性材料を含み、前記カチオン性材料はポリエチレンオキシドを含み、前記カチオン層はポリエチレンオキシドを含み、
前記アニオン溶液は積層可能な材料を含み、前記積層可能な材料はポリアクリル酸を含み、前記アニオン層はポリアクリル酸を含み、
層が前記カチオン層および前記アニオン層を含み、前記層が前記物質拡散バリアを含む方法。 - (C)前記アニオン層を第2のカチオン性溶液に暴露して前記アニオン層上に第2のカチオン層を製造するステップ
をさらに含み、
前記第2のカチオン性溶液はカチオン性材料を含み、前記カチオン性材料はポリエチレンイミンを含み、前記第2のカチオン層はポリエチレンイミンを含み、前記層が前記カチオン層、前記アニオン層および前記第2のカチオン層を含む三重層を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。 - (C)前記アニオン層を第2のカチオン性溶液に暴露して前記アニオン層上に第2のカチオン層を製造するステップと;
(D)前記第2のカチオン層を第2のアニオン性溶液に暴露して前記第2のカチオン層上に第2のアニオン層を製造するステップと
をさらに含み、
前記第2のカチオン性溶液はカチオン性材料を含み、前記カチオン性材料はポリエチレンイミンを含み、前記第2のカチオン層はポリエチレンイミンを含み、
前記2のアニオン性溶液は積層可能な材料を含み、前記積層可能な材料はナトリウムモンモリロナイトを含み、前記第2のアニオン層はナトリウムモンモリロナイトを含み、前記層が前記カチオン層、前記アニオン層、前記第2のカチオン層および前記第2のアニオン層を含む四重層を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記カチオン性溶液がさらにカチオン性材料を含み、前記カチオン性材料がポリマー、コロイド粒子、ナノ粒子またはこれらの任意の組み合わせを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ポリマーが水素結合を有するポリマーを含み、前記水素結合を有するポリマーがポリエチレンオキシド、ポリグリシドール、ポリプロピレンオキシド、ポリ(ビニルメチルエーテル)、ポリビニルアルコール、ポリビニルピロリドン、ポリアリルアミン、分枝ポリエチレンイミン、直鎖ポリエチレンイミン、ポリ(アクリル酸)、ポリ(メタクリル酸)、これらの共重合体、またはこれらの任意の組み合わせを含む、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記アニオン性溶液がさらに積層可能な材料を含み、前記積層可能な材料がアニオン性ポリマー、コロイド粒子またはこれらの任意の組み合わせを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記アニオン性ポリマーがポリスチレンスルホン酸、ポリメタクリル酸、ポリアクリル酸、ポリ(アクリル酸、ナトリウム塩)、ポリアネトール硫酸ナトリウム塩、ポリ(ビニルスルホン酸、ナトリウム塩)またはこれらの任意の組み合わせを含む、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記コロイド粒子が粘土、コロイドシリカ、無機水酸化物、ケイ素系ポリマー、ポリオリゴマーシルセスキオキサン、カーボンナノチューブ、グラフェンまたはこれらの任意の組み合わせを含む、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記エラストマー基板が前記エラストマー基板と前記カチオン層との間に配置されたプライマー層をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- ステップ(A)および(B)を繰り返して複数の層を製造するステップをさらに含み、前記物質拡散バリアが前記複数の層を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- (A)エラストマー基板をアニオン性溶液に暴露して前記エラストマー基板上にアニオン層を製造するステップと;
(B)前記アニオン層をカチオン性溶液に暴露して前記アニオン層上にカチオン層を製造するステップと
を含む、エラストマー基板上に物質拡散バリアを製造する方法であって、
前記アニオン溶液は積層可能な材料を含み、前記積層可能な材料はポリアクリル酸を含み、前記アニオン層はポリアクリル酸を含み、
前記カチオン性溶液はカチオン性材料を含み、前記カチオン性材料はポリエチレンオキシドを含み、前記カチオン層はポリエチレンオキシドを含み、
層が前記アニオン層および前記カチオン層を含み、前記層が前記物質拡散バリアを含む方法。 - (C)前記カチオン層を第2のアニオン性溶液に暴露して前記カチオン層上に第2のアニオン層を製造するステップ
をさらに含み、
前記2のアニオン性溶液は積層可能な材料を含み、前記積層可能な材料はナトリウムモンモリロナイトを含み、前記第2のアニオン層はナトリウムモンモリロナイトを含み、前記層が前記アニオン層、前記カチオン層および前記第2のアニオン層を含む三重層を含む、請求項11に記載の方法。 - (C)前記カチオン層を第2のアニオン性溶液に暴露して前記カチオン層上に第2のアニオン層を製造するステップと;
(D)前記第2のアニオン層を第2のカチオン性溶液に暴露して前記第2のアニオン層上に第2のカチオン層を製造するステップと
をさらに含み、
前記2のアニオン性溶液は積層可能な材料を含み、前記積層可能な材料はナトリウムモンモリロナイトを含み、前記第2のアニオン層はナトリウムモンモリロナイトを含み、
前記第2のカチオン性溶液はカチオン性材料を含み、前記カチオン性材料はポリエチレンイミンを含み、前記第2のカチオン層はポリエチレンイミンを含み、前記層が前記アニオン層、前記カチオン層、前記第2のアニオン層および前記第2のカチオン層を含む四重層を含む、請求項11に記載の方法。 - 前記カチオン性溶液がさらにカチオン性材料を含み、前記カチオン性材料がポリマー、コロイド粒子、ナノ粒子またはこれらの任意の組み合わせを含む、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記ポリマーが水素結合を有するポリマーを含み、前記ポリマーがポリエチレンオキシド、ポリグリシドール、ポリプロピレンオキシド、ポリ(ビニルメチルエーテル)、ポリビニルアルコール、ポリビニルピロリドン、ポリアリルアミン、分枝ポリエチレンイミン、直鎖ポリエチレンイミン、ポリ(アクリル酸)、ポリ(メタクリル酸)、これらの共重合体、またはこれらの任意の組み合わせを含む、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記アニオン性溶液がさらに積層可能な材料を含み、前記積層可能な材料がアニオン性ポリマー、コロイド粒子またはこれらの任意の組み合わせを含む、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記アニオン性ポリマーがポリスチレンスルホン酸、ポリメタクリル酸、ポリアクリル酸、ポリ(アクリル酸、ナトリウム塩)、ポリアネトール硫酸ナトリウム塩、ポリ(ビニルスルホン酸、ナトリウム塩)またはこれらの任意の組み合わせを含む、請求項16に記載の方法。
- 前記コロイド粒子が粘土、コロイドシリカ、無機水酸化物、ケイ素系ポリマー、ポリオリゴマーシルセスキオキサン、カーボンナノチューブ、グラフェンまたはこれらの任意の組み合わせを含む、請求項16に記載の方法。
- 前記エラストマー基板が前記エラストマー基板と前記アニオン層との間に配置されたプライマー層をさらに含む、請求項11に記載の方法。
- ステップ(A)および(B)を繰り返して複数の層を製造するステップをさらに含み、前記物質拡散バリアが前記複数の層を含む、請求項11に記載の方法。
