Claims (5)
- 試料と試薬とを反応させる反応容器を搭置する反応容器設置部を設けた、複数の検出部と、
前記反応容器設置部の底面に設けられた、光を照射する光源と、
前記反応容器設置部に設けられ、前記光源から照射された光の前記反応容器からの散乱光を検出する第1検出部と、
前記反応容器を把持して、前記反応容器の搬送及び設置を行う、前記複数の検出部に共通の反応容器搬送機構と、
前記反応容器搬送機構に設けられ、前記光源から照射する光を検出する第2検出器と、を備えることを特徴とする自動分析装置。 - 請求項1記載の自動分析装置において、
前記第2検出器は、前記反応容器搬送機構が前記反応容器を把持し、あるいは、把持せずに、前記反応容器設置部の上方に位置しているときに、前記光源から照射された光を検出し、当該第2検出器によって検出された光量が予め設定された閾値に満たない場合には、前記光源の光量が不足している旨の、または、前記光源の交換を促すアラームを発信する制御部を備えることを特徴とする自動分析装置。 - 請求項1または2記載の自動分析装置において、
前記光源から照射する光を前記第2検出器によって検出でき、かつ、外部からの光を遮蔽する素材および形状の補助具と、を備え、
前記補助具は、前記反応容器搬送機構に把持され、前記光源の上方に搬送され、外部からの光を遮蔽した状態で、前記光源から照射された光を前記第2検出器により検出することを特徴とする自動分析装置。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれか記載の自動分析装置において、
事前に前記光源に異常がないことが確認された上で、
前記反応容器設置部に、空の反応容器が載置され、
前記空の反応容器を透過した光における前記第2検出器の検出光量が、予め設定された第2閾値に満たない場合には、前記空の反応容器に異常がある旨のアラームを発信することを特徴とする自動分析装置。 - 請求項1〜4のいずれか記載の自動分析装置において、
前記第2検出器の検出光量に基づき、前記反応容器搬送機構の水平方向の駆動を停止させることを特徴とする自動分析装置。
